Very nice place to stay

My wife, 2 year old, and myself enjoyed our stay. It was just big enough for the three of us and was super clean and tidy. It was set back just far enough from the mainstream wildwood chaos close to the beach

Bien situé mais manquements dans l’entretien

Bien situé. Généralement bien mais plusieurs petits désagréments: Propreté passable, manque d’ustensiles, Fuite de gaz sur un des « BBQ gas grill », l’autre n’allume pas. Ampoules brulées. J’ai passé 30 minutes à nettoyer des tâches collantes sur les murs et les meubles.

Quick walk to boardwalk

Great location… clean. The only drawback is lack of parking. There is off street so if you are lucky enough to get a spot, Uber everywhere!

Labor Day weekend stay review

Disappointed I didn’t find this rental years ago. If you want to book a trip with multiple friends or families this is a great choice. The owner has multiple listings of 4 different rentals numbered 1-4. I rented for my sisters and parents for their Labor weekend stay and I stayed at another Unit there. Unfortunately other members of my family couldn’t make it we could have had the whole property and used the outdoor patio that was available. It is a really great set up for a nice cook out and area to relax and spend quality time with people you know. Although I didn’t use it due to 2 other families renting I can envision a great bonding area for people. I look forward to next year as I am trying to find dates that would work for my extended family to come back. As far as location I think it’s great. Got two easy blocks to walk to the boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood and just far enough to not hear all the noise of the sounds of the boardwalk that might keep you up when you’re sleeping.

Cozy Apartment Living

The place is clean and cozy. It has enough space for 4 comfortably. However, I would not recommend it for more than that. It is an easy walk to the boardwalk and all of the activities on the beach. It is also an easy walk to some restaurants.

Property was clean and cozy. It was suitable for our weekend stay. The property owners communicated well. The outdoor seating was nice for the evenings. We would stay again because its cheaper than a hotel and very close to the convention center

Within walking distance to the beach

Clean and comfortable. Close to beach, places to eat and a family dollar. I would suggest fixing the glass door on the deck as it doesnt close properly. Other than that, it's a nice clean place. This was our second time staying there.

Price is great

2nd stay at this property. Only downfall is no parking but the rental price reflects that it is clean updated units. The place works well for a few nights down the shore. You are only suppose to use driveway for loading and unloading. No person at property to oversee that and other renters just left their car parked in driveway entire stay. I’m a rule follower hate when others don’t follow rules. Had a good trip would rent here again

Convenient location, nice accommodations

We stayed 2 nights. I’m glad I saw other comments about kitchen faucet with backwards hot/cold. Biggest complaint would be the shower since I could not figure out how to get warm (not very hot) water and water pressure at the same time. Maybe there was a trick to it that I didn’t know. Also could be a larger TV but that’s personal preference. Overall nice accommodation for a couple nights.

Within 2 blocks of the boardwalk, a great place for a small family with 2 bedrooms and generous living space. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great little unit

Came for Beach Blast ⚽️ tournament. Location to Boardwalk is great. House is well equipped. Big bed was a smaller size full.

The place didn’t have any hooks in the bathroom even one to be able to hang the towels, inner side of shower nob was black, accumulated dirt inside, absolutely no wall coat hanger rack, the bedroom closets need at list 10 to 15 coat hangers. Overall I give 2.75 with just little update the rating can easily go up.

Welcome to Villa Di Viggiano. We are Frank and Pennie Viggiano and our kids are Genna, Luigi and Kieran. We are from Minnesota with strong family ties to both New Jersey and Pennsylvania (picture is nephews wedding in Jersey City). Frank grew up in Philadelphia and spent summers as a child in Wildwood and we have visited many times as we come home to be with family and friends. We are so excited to have our permanent home at the shore and to a share it with you.

We love this property because of the immediate access to outside from every villa and the central plaza where all can join together. It offers to the chance to stay at one villa or to use/rent all 4 for larger family gatherings.
