Beautiful Lodge and River Ranch Property for up to 120 people.

The Black's Fork River Lodge and property is spacious enough to handle groups up to 120 people or more, the Lodge provides unmatched accommodations for family reunions, large company retreats, corporate retreats, wedding receptions, or getaways with friends. The main lodge with 9 bedrooms, trapper cabin with 2 bedrooms, and ranch house with 3 bedrooms can sleep up to 50 in beds. The camping area has 6 camping cabins that each have 2 king beds and 2 Bunkbeds, each cabin sleeps up to 8. There is also a large pavilion with a large kitchen, bathrooms, covered picnic area, and game room. Surrounded by a beautiful 50 acre ranch with a river, pond, and trails your group will never run out of things to do, Black's Fork Lodge is truly one-of-a-kind. Rent the entire ranch including the recreation center and campground for groups of up to 100 people. The camper cabins and camping pavilion are closed during the winter from November to May. Winter fees will be adjusted to remove any fees associated with the campground during the reservation process. The lodge, ranch house, and trapper cabin are open year-round and can sleep up to 50 people for great winter snowmobiling on the north slope of the Uinta Mountains. College parties are not allowed at Black's Fork River Lodge.
The Outdoor Pool is heated from May 15th to September 30th each season. The Outdoor Spa is always heated, year-round. During October and April, the pool can be heated, upon advanced request for $175 per day, with a minimum of three days. From November through March, the charge is $199 per day, with the same three-day minimum.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 180 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 180 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation. Seven days before your arrival you will receive an email with check in instructions by email.
