Pine Place is a cozy cottage at the heart of our property and half of our only duplex. Originally built as the property owner's year-round home, we lived here while renovating all of our cabins. Today we share it with our guests.  For larger groups, it can be combined with Birch Point to create a spacious 10-person lodge—great for family reunions or friend getaways. Perched on a hilltop, it offers peaceful seclusion with easy access to lakeside amenities, perfect for relaxation and quality time.

Enjoy the comfort of this charming two-bedroom cottage. The master bedroom features a King-size bed, a TV, and a row of three large high windows offering privacy and light. The second bedroom includes both a Full-size and a Twin-size bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
The living area is perfect for relaxation, with a cozy fireplace, a sofa bed, and an LCD TV equipped with a Roku Player. The full kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a dishwasher, range oven, refrigerator, and microwave, making meal prep a breeze.
The cottage also boasts a bath with a stall shower and a screened porch for enjoying the outdoors in comfort. You'll enter through a heated foyer, providing plenty of space to store jackets, shoes, and more. Located on a hill and set back from the lake, this retreat offers a peaceful escape with easy access to all amenities
To ensure affordability, we don't charge a cleaning fee – simply leave the home as you found it. However, if the home is left unkempt, a cleaning fee will be imposed. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Welcome to your ultimate Adirondack getaway!
GUEST ACCESS:
As our guest, you’ll have access to a range of amenities for a fantastic lakeside experience! Enjoy the Community Pavilion with billiards, a Ping-Pong table, and cozy seating areas for gathering—please note, the pavilion is closed during winter. Relax on our private beach, complete with fire pits for cozy evenings by the water. Canoes and kayaks are available for exploring the lake, and we also offer a boat dock if you’re bringing your own vessel or planning a boat rental. Embrace the beauty of lakeside living!
THINGS TO NOTE:
PET FRIENDLY POLICY: We warmly welcome furry companions during our off-season months from October until May. A $50 pet fee per stay per pet applies.
Our property offers a unique lakeside experience with 18 cozy cabins and a motel, making it ideal for families, couples, and groups. We’re proud to be a family-friendly spot with plenty of activities for all ages, from swimming and boating to evenings by the fire pits.
Though we’re in a peaceful, natural setting, please note that you may hear other guests enjoying the shared amenities. Our goal is to provide a relaxing, memorable experience for everyone, so whether you're here to mingle or simply unwind, we’ll help make it happen.
Parking is conveniently located on-site, and we’re just a short distance from local shops, restaurants, and trails for added adventure. And while cell signal may vary, we have strong WiFi throughout the property to keep you connected (if you want to be!).
