We had a great stay. The place was clean and as nice as shown in the pictures. Plenty of room for 5 and we could easily have had a couple more. First time using VRBO and it was great, very similar to the other huge online marketplace. Check in and check out was simple . It was in a nice and safe neighborhood. The pool was perfect. In July , I don’t think the pool needs heated. We didn’t heat it and the temperature was perfect. We went to another property last October in Orlando and the pool did need heated. Great host and great experience overall.

The host was very responsive and helpful. That is a super plus!!!!The house was exactly as described/private gates community with security guards. The location was perfect/close to Disney Parks and the grocery store. My kids love the game room area.

Fantastic property! A must see!

We had an amazing time. The house was so clean and comfortable. Very spacious. We loved having the pool outside our door...so relaxing. We really enjoyed the community pool and hot tub too...just a short walk away. Owners were very quick with responses. We can’t wait to come back!!

Stop scrolling and stay here!

We went to Orlando to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. This house was absolutely perfect for us and would be ideal for anyone looking for a place close to Disney. The home is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. It’s one of the nicer rentals we’ve ever stayed in - and we travel a lot! There is also a decent workout facility and large pool at the neighborhood clubhouse, which is a nice bonus. Overall this was a great home and I would highly recommend to anyone. Owner was super responsive and easy to work with!

Very beautiful

This day was very nice very clean and very well expected as per the posting. The only critique that I will give is the house wasn’t stocked with enough toilet tissue, trash, bags, or laundry detergent as the owner did expect us to place a load of towels in before check out. Other than that me and my guests enjoyed this stay very well.

Misleading description

The pool and game room were a disappointment. What the pictures and description don’t tell you is the house is on the first street and the first house right on the corner just past the security gate. The pool is on the same side as the road and very close to the road and there is no privacy fence, no shrubs, nothing to separate the traffic or passerby’s making the pool and anyone around it highly visible. And the game room which is inside the garage that is closed in and carpeted. It has a nice pool table and other games however the room is not insulated and there is no fan, no air flow in that room. Unfortunately we couldn’t stand to use the game room because of the heat. Even with the door to the house open it was still too hot, no matter the time of day. Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised of the condition of this house, although it’s in a neighborhood full of vacation rentals it is clearly not a party house. The condition of the furniture etc is very nice and clean. Everything looks new. The cleaning service is a joke though the little bit of cleaning they have to do (because you are required to empty the house of all trash, put all dishes to wash in dishwasher and start a load of towels for them) and they still manage to leave hairs behind on toilet seats and still place a paper label around the toilet lid saying it’s been sanitized. They also put dishes away wet, disappointing knowing what we had to pay for the cleaning fee.

Great stay at this spacious and comfortable house. We had a problem with the pool, immediate contact with owner which was resolved by pool and management company, to our satisfaction. Garage with pool table, basketball machine and table soccer were a great hit with husband and teenage son. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Fantastic property and facilities

I stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and 2 sons aged 18 & 21 and we all loved the house and facilities from the use of the large TV’s to the sports room. The pool was neat and compact and enjoyed during some of the piping hot days when we weren’t at the theme parks. Would certainly recommend using this property. Regards Brian

Great house in fab location

We had a great week, the house was spotlessly clean and so well equipped even including a kettle (we English love our breakfast tea!) We had to ask a couple of questions and Brett answered them within minutes, nothing was too much trouble. The beds were amazingly comfortable and after busy days at the parks were just what we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would definitely book again if we return to Orlando in future.

A Great Stay

We had a great time during our 10 day stay at the house. When we walked in for the first time the house was neat, very clean, rooming and welcoming. It had a 'come in stay' type of feel. It also was very close to about anything you wanted to do. The pool added to a relaxing day at the home. No reason to get bored. We would definitely recommend this house to our family and friends.

All around great stay!

This house is very spacious and was great for our stay. It was near discovery cove and very close to Target and Sam’s club which was convenient. The kiddos enjoyed the pool and the playroom. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the host is great!

Perfect Home for a week at Disney!

We spent the week in this adorable home that had everything we needed to relax and rest after a day at Disney. The house slept our family of 6 and grandparents very easily, and the beds were super comfortable for a great night's sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed to share meals at home before or after our time at the parks. Our kids loved having the pool at the house, and we also spent a bit of time at the community pool, which was a short walk from the home. Our kids all spent time in the game room as well, and we absolutely loved having two living spaces for those watching TV and others who just wanted to sit and chat (in a beautifully, naturally lit living space at the front of the house). The location of the home was great; we loved being within 15 minutes of Disney, for the days we needed an afternoon break before going back to the parks. Having an Aldi and Walmart just down the road was perfect. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend or family member looking for a place to stay near Orlando. We will be renting this home again when we go back to Disney!
