Dinard, In the heart of Saint Enogat, 200 meters from the beach. Close to shops (bakeries, delicatessen, pharmacy, mini-market and restaurants). The thermal baths are a 10-minute walk away, the city center of Dinard, its shops, its market, its casino and the beach of Ecluse 15 minutes on foot. A small market is organized every Wednesday during the summer period (July and August) at the foot of the apartment. It is possible to park for free on the street.<br><br>T2 on the first floor comprising: <br>- a living room (new sofa bed, a bar table for two people, a table for four people for lunch and a TV) <br>- a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and two hobs. <br>- a bedroom with a new 160x200 bed and a large dressing room <br>- a bathroom (shower) with toilet adjoining the bedroom. <br><br>We can accommodate 4 people as the sofa is convertible 140x200.<br>The bedding (160x200) in the room is new, as is the sofa. <br><br>PLEASE NOTE that we provide bed linen and towels only if you want this option (10€/person) there is shampoo and soap on site, a few books and toys, a potty and a toilet reducer for your little ones.<br><br>There is no wifi in the apartment. <br><br>We accept pets if they are not left alone in the apartment.
