Perfect ski in, ski out* 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Breckenridge at the Grand Timber Resort

This is a ski in ski out time share resort with everything you expect from a 5-star resort. There is a master bedroom with king bed and master bath with jacuzzi tub, a separate bedroom with one queen bed, en-suite bath, and a queen pull-out sofa, as well as a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. This well laid out condo features a large open fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar, living room with gas fireplace, dining room, full-size washer/dryer, a great private balcony and free Wi-Fi.
Resort Amenities: Spa, Lodgepole Bar & Grill, General Store, Fitness Center, Heated underground parking, 2 indoor/outdoor heated swimming pools, 2 indoor and 4 outdoor hot tubs.

The amenities listed below come with unit and you have full access to:

• Grand Timber provides a private shuttle service between all 4 resorts, and the bases of peak 7, 8, and 9. The shuttle service also takes you to down town Breckenridge if you don't feel like driving and looking for parking spots.

*The resort is ski in and ski out. You ski right from the resort down a short path and you can ski out to the bottom of the peak 9 base. If there isn't enough snow you may have to then walk about 50 yards/3 minutes from the edge of the snow to bottom of Peak 9 (Beaver Run/Quicksilver lifts). You can also take the free, private shuttle to all the bases. Access to slopes is from back of building 6 where Christy sports rental is located. This is where you can store (for free at Christies) or rent your skies. If you prefer, there are also lockers that you have access to and can store your skies. Bring your own lock if you plan to use lockers.
