Downtown, walk to the Hangout/Beachfront Condo with Pool & Amazing View

2 bedroom 2 bath condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico with nothing between you and the Gulf of Mexico but a beautiful, white sand beach! Bring your family for a marvelous time just steps away from the Hangout and fun galore. The new floor to ceiling glass windows give you an awesome view of the water that is unobstructed. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking. The King bedroom has a comfy king bed and private full bathroom. The guest bedroom has 3 twin beds with a private, full bathroom.

The space
The condo is an end unit which is a larger 2 bedroom unit with a huge balcony and no guests on the East side of the condo. Being a 4th floor unit, the view is amazing and it’s not so high that you will need binoculars to see people on the beach.it’s a low enough floor that many people don’t mind using the stairs instead of the elevator.

Guest access
You have access to everything in the unit except one closet and one cabinet in the kitchen which is locked for owner’s use. You can use the swimming pool, the grills, and the exercise room and anything else on the grounds of the complex. There is a parking fee of $50.00 per car per stay. Passes can be obtained in the East building on the ground floor.
