The Yacayou apartment is located in the Crystal Beach residence, built on Raisins Clairs beach. Its first-floor terrace overlooks the Caribbean Sea, 15 meters from the lagoon. You can fall asleep lulled by the rhythm of the waves and wake up with a 180° panoramic sea view of Marie-Galante and Pointe des Châteaux. The residence has two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults, and direct access to Guadeloupe's renowned Raisins Clairs beach. In the heart of the seaside town of Saint-François, you can enjoy its marina, market, and gourmet restaurants, while having immediate access to the unspoiled nature of Pointe des Châteaux. A big plus: the apartment has its own 300-liter tank for drinking water. You will therefore not suffer during your stay from the water outages that are frequent in Guadeloupe. The apartment was completely repainted in October 2024.

The apartment was even better then the pictures. We loved hearing the surf. Nice breeze with the sliding glass doors wide open. We ate in three nights with seating overlooking the beach. We highly recommend this place!

One of the best ever

At the end of the stay, I asked my wife of all the apartments and villas where we have stayed over the years, and there have been a lot, “where did this one rate?” We agreed that it is in the top 3 of all time. The only reason that it wasn’t the No. 1 is the fact that each one of the top 3 were excellent overall but each one had something unique about them that made ranking them1-3 impossible. Firstly let me say that our hosts Veronika and her husband Silvain were superb. Nothing was too much trouble, any problems were sorted out immediately and they were so helpful in their advice of where to go and what to do etc. The view from the apartment is incredible. Open up the front blind in the morning, the ocean is at your feet and the light come streaming in. The apartment has everything you could wish for. There is a small supermarket and bakery adjacent with larger supermarkets a short drive away. Access into the sea directly in front of the apartment is not possible. However a short couple of minutes to the left swimming is easy and a 10 min walk to the right along the beach brings you to a beautiful sheltered cove where there is a hotel who don’t seem to mind you using their sunbeds, and the sea is amazing. The alternative for swimming are the 2 excellent pools on the estate. We were there in late January. The weather was always hot enough for us (28deg). There were clouds around some days and some very short spells of rain. But nothing to detract from an excellent holiday as the clouds were sometime a blessing and the rain only lasted for minutes.

Tout était parfait! Veronika est une hôtesse exceptionnelle qui est restée discrètement en contact avec nous du début à la fin de notre séjour L’appartement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce, propre, très bien équipé de la cuisine à la salle de bain, incluant le nécessaire pour la plage située à moins de 500m. Très bon séjour à la résidence , Veronika à été disponible au moindre besoin . Appartement très bien situé , face a la mer. En plus de la plage , nous avons aussi profitez de la piscine. Le petit centre commercial à l'entrée de la résidence est très pratique. A louer sans hésiter

Super séjour

Belle accueil de Veronika. Encore mieux que sur les images.. le vent de la mer qui passe à travers le logement est super! Le grille pain a brisé et Dès le lendemain il était remplacé ! Nous recommandons vraiment ! Nous etions avec 2 jeunes enfants (3ans et 5mois) et la piscine juste en face ainsi que la sécurité du site était parfait !

Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder :)

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Veronika sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht - zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit guten Klimaanlagen, eine vollausgestattete Küche, ein Stube mit zwei Ventilatoren (1x groß, 1x klein) und ein Bad mit Dusche und ausreichend Handtüchern, auch für den Strandgebrauch. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und Strandstühle. Sie hat einfach alles, was man braucht. Der Blick auf den Strand direkt vor dem Haus ist atemberaubend, aber auch auf der Veranda kann man die Zeit genießen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, weitläufig und gut gesichert. Die beiden Pools sind gepflegt und wir konnten unsere Bahnen schwimmen. Veronika hatte uns bei unserer Anreise mit Wasser, Obst und leckeren süßen Pasteten versorgt. Auch selbstgemachter Ti' Punch und Rum standen für uns bereit. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten zu keiner Zeit Wasserprobleme (siehe andere Bewertung). Leider mussten wir - auf Grund der einsetzenden Corona-Krise - unseren Aufenthalt ein paar Tage früher abbrechen. Das war sehr schade. Aber wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Lieben Dank, Veronika, für die trotzdem schöne Zeit bei Dir!

Magnifique séjour

Super séjour de 4 semaines les pieds dans l'eau avec des lumières changeantes et magnifiques. Hébergement très confortable et bien équipé. Facile de rayonner (même a pied!) autour pour tous les services recherchés. Et que dire de Veronika, une hôte très accueillante et attentionnée, aussi professionnelle que charmante. Hébergement à recommander sans hésitation autant pour un couple, une famille ou des amis.

Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeberin

Die Vergabe der Sterne sagt alles !!! Einzig ungewohnt für uns verwöhnte Europäer war, dass es zeitweise kein Leitungswasser gab. Ist aber ein Problem auf ganz Guadeloupe, Veronika kann da nichst ändern. Sollte im Inserat aber bezeichnet werden, so kann man sich darauf einstellen.

Top ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Anlage

In der Nachsaison haben wir unseren Urlaub auf Guadeloupe mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern sehr genossen - so hatten wir auch quasi leere Strände und immer noch gutes Wetter. Den angebotenen Renault Kadjar hatten wir ebenfalls für den Aufenthalt gebucht, mit dem uns Veronikas Ehemann vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder zurückgebracht hat. Super Service! Die Wohnung liegt in einem Apartmentkomplex, der komplett umzäunt ist und nur mit Fernbedienung durch das Haupttor oder mit einem Chip durch die Zauntüren zugänglich ist. Alles dort ist sehr sauber und wird ständig gepflegt und in Stand gehalten - dauernd sind Gartenarbeiter unterwegs. Dazu gehören 2 Pools, einer mit 2 Ebenen und Nichtschwimmerbereich. Das Apartment ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Beide Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, Neben den normalen Handtüchern werden sogar Stranddtücher und praktische Mikrofaserhandtücher gestellt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, dazu ein Wäscheständer, eine Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen und auch eine Stereoanlage. Alles ist wirklich sehr liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet (Treibholz, Muscheln etc.). Kaffefans sollten sich Kapseln für die Nespressomaschine mitbringen, weil diese in den Supermärkten zwar verfügbar aber sehr teuer sind. Einen ausreichend Großen Fernseher gibt es auch, aber den haben wir nicht eingeschaltet. Auch Sandspielzeug und Spielsachen wie Lego Duplo und einige Autos sind vorhanden. Für die Zeit in der das Wasser abgestellt wird (2x in der Woche von 18-6 Uhr) stehen ausreichend Kanister und Flaschen mit abgefülltem Leitungswasser zur Verfügung. Der Strand direkt vor dem Haus ist schön, wir hatten aber ein bisschen Pech mit den Algen zu der Zeit. Allerdings gibt es mehrere Strände nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt, die nahezu algenfrei und noch schöner und größer sind. Monika war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat wertvolle Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Wohnung hat ein eigenes W-LAN welches für den normalen Gebrauch ausreichend schnell war. Ein Highlight ist wirklich der Hängesessel wie man auf den Bildern sieht. Bei diesem Ausblick mit aufgeschobener Glaswand darin zu entspannen ist einfach super.

Schicke Wohnung in Apartment-Anlage

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung direkt am Meer. Wir wurden freundlich von Veronika empfangen, es gab frisches Obst und alles für ein erstes Frühstück als Willkommensgruß. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und man hat von der Wohnküche aus einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer. In der Ferne sieht man Marie-Galante. Durch den eigenen Parkplatz war Parken kein Problem und das Zentrum von Saint-Francois ist mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Am Eingang der Anlage gibt es einen fantastischen Bäcker und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Der Strand direkt vor dem Fenster ist durch die Felsen leider nicht ganz so gut zum Baden, aber nur eine Viertelstunde entfernt liegt der traumhafte Gemeindestrand von Sainte-Anne.

Amazing vacation at this apartment

We recently stayed at this apartment and everything was wonderful. The location is perfect with the beach and ocean right below the kitchen terrace. There are restaurants, a bakery, and a market all within a two minute walk from the apartment. Veronika was extremely helpful before and during our stay, sharing her knowledge of Guadeloupe answering all of our questions quickly. We highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment!

We had a wonderful holiday in Saint Francois. The apartment was incredible. The large glass doors opened up to allow the sea breeze to come in and the sound of the ocean surf. It was very clean and well equipped. Veronika was a terrific host and offered great recommendations of where to go on this beautiful and friendly island.
