Cozy N'est House in a historic courtyard garden, near the train station and downtown

Hello, welcome to Paille-en-Plume...
We have carefully renovated and decorated this small house on the courtyard of a traditional building in the historic center of Besançon, to make it a comfortable place, which welcomes you warmly, for a few days or longer. The residence is quiet, family-friendly. The gardened courtyard in front of our nest is for everyone's use, as well as its table and chairs. The Nid is composed of a kitchen-dining-living room with a wood stove (logs available), illuminated by 3 large windows, a cozy bedroom dressed in wood, with its double bed 140, its wardrobe and its small desk, and a bathroom with toilet and shower in waxed concrete.
A 7-minute walk from the Besançon-Viotte train station by crossing the Glacis park, and 5 minutes from the Boucle (the heart of the city) by crossing the Battant bridge, the place offers tranquility close to transport, tourist and sports visits, and shops (restaurants, craft beer bar and local absinthes, bulk grocery store, bakery and pharmacy in the street). By car, the free Battant parking lot is 3 minutes walk.
