Fairway Villa 1303 at Rumbling Bald

This two bedroom, two bath condo has a completely updated kitchen with new oak cabinets, ceramic tile flooring, and beautiful granite counter tops. The upscale kitchen is fully-equipped with a new electric range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. A utility closet off the kitchen contains a stack washer and dryer. This unit also provides high-speed DSL internet. The vaulted great room features a sofa, rocker recliner, second recliner, TV with DVD player, and a new oak dinette table with four spindle-back chairs. For extra seating, there are two additional stools along the granite counter. Off the great room is a rear deck with two wrought iron chairs and table--a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine, watch golfers on the first fairway of Bald Mountain Golf Course, and enjoy views of the rocky face peaks of majestic Rumbling Bald Mountain in the background. There is also a covered front porch with two wooden rocking chairs.

There are two spacious bedrooms. One features a king and a full sized bed, large dresser with mirror, armchair, TV, a small balcony, and a full bath with tub/shower. The other has two queen beds, large dresser with mirror, armchair, TV, and private bath with tub/shower. This one-floor condo, with new central heating and air conditioning, is located near the common area on Bald Mountain Lake, providing you access to picnic tables, charcoal grills, a fishing pier.  This unit is also within a short walking distance of  restaurants, recreational facilities, miniature golf, Wellness Center, spa, and beach.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
