A compact 3 bedroom apartment right on the ski slope.

Our family of 5 adults had a great stay at Olivier's Val Thorens apartment.The apartment is immediately adjacent to a ski run and chair lift.Once you have your ski pass it is down hill ski in ski out.The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook dinner every night of our 6 night stay.The bedrooms are compact but worked out okay.Overall good value for the price that we paid.

Great apartment, wonderful location

4 of us stayed but there is plenty of space for 6-8 adults. Direct access to the slopes, easy to get to the debutant slope or various lifts taking you out to the wonderful selection of skiing throughout the 3 valleys. 2 bathrooms with 2 WCs Restaurant, ski hire and shop on site. Irish bar at the top of the road, with a number of restaurants on the way. Would recommend La Petit Ferme just up the road. About 10 mins to the resort centre if you take the right route up the tower through the Montana hotel, then up and through the shopping centre. Highly recommned, would stay again. Thanks ☺️

Terrific Apartment, very nice contact

The apartment is simply perfect, directly located above the piste you have a very nice view to the west. Even though the apartment is located in a very busy complex, there were no extreme noises or disturbences. The equipment is very new and functional - outstanding are the (standalone) oven and the highspeed internet connection. The apartment is very big and there is enough room for 6 people without anyone having to sleep on the couch. We enjoyed our stay very much and are looking to maybe return in the following years. Contact to the owner was very smooth and direct, very short answering times. The "guide to the apartment" was very elaborate and the best I have ever received. In total this was a very pleasant experience! We can totally recommend it.

Sehr netter Kontakt und Vermieter. Er kümmert sich sehr schnell um Behebung von Problemen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend und hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt an der Skipiste. Die Flure des Hauses sollten mittelfristig saniert werden.

Coût élevé par rapport à la surface de l'appartement et son état - Serrure de porte d'entrée cassée à notre arrivée donc impossible de fermer durant 3 jours - 2 poignées de fenêtre cassées - chasse d'eau WC non fonctionnelle - une partie de la vaisselle non nettoyée - Bof ! nous avons eu mieux pour le prix - Par contre l'emplacement est idéal et toujours une station Top pour le ski

Logement bien situé pour skier, assez spacieux pour 8 mais beaucoup de choses à revoir : la propreté (dont la literie), la hotte, le lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas bien, les odeurs dans la salle de bain, mais surtout la porte d'entrée qui ferme très mal...

Appartement duplex confortable , aux pieds des pistes

L appartement est au calme , bien situé ( il suffit de descendre un étage pour accéder aux casiers à skis et sortir sur la piste) Le télésiège Le plein sud est tout proche . L appartement est bien aménagé mais il manque certains éléments ( dessous plats, manique , couteaux éguisés , couverts ,…) machine expresso non détartrée .Le propriétaire est réactif Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.

Perfekt für Ski-in-Ski-out

Klasse, das man direkt auf der Piste ist. Dafür ist natürlich der Weg zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Parkhaus etwas länger. Gerade in Stosszeiten können die Fahrstühle etwas nerven. Die Kommunikation mit dem Concierge ist mühsam, da er kein Englisch kann. Dafür reagiert Olivier immer super schnell. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

Great place to stay in Val Thorens

The property is clean and ideally located. Both the owner and the property manager were very helpful. I definitely recommend the place and will be happy to come back.

Tour de France July 2019

Property is very nice. The location is great. Plenty of room for three people, especially since there were three bedrooms. Comments for future visitors: 1. The office where you pick up your key is in a pedestrian only zone. If driving, you will need to park and walk to it. 2. If arriving after the office closes, be sure to call before they close and they will leave a key in the safe box. But, to get the code for the safe box, you must have e-mail access to the account you used for booking. Otherwise you will not be able to get the safe combination. Comment for owner: 3. There was a car in the spot assigned to us, so the owner had us park in an available spot. Doubt an available spot would have been available during ski season. We were worried about getting towed the whole weekend and kept checking on our car. I would suggest putting a lock on the spot (same as the other locked up spots) and adding a key to the key ring. Olivier did answer his phone when we call, so he was easy to contact. We would stay here again.

Reasonable stay

Firstly, Olivier is a great host and was very helpful before and during our stay. The unit is well located right next to the piste as others have noted. It truly is ski-in / ski-out. For us however the location wasn't perfect - it is a very long walk from reception - past another building and then down 8 levels in the lift. We were traveling with three young children and i wouldn't recommend this property for that. There's lots to carry with young kids and it took us multiple trips over this distance to get everything to the unit.To top it off - there are only two lifts that go to the unit's level, and one was not working when we arrived which meant very long waits. We also arrived on Sat early evening with seemingly everyone else at the complex and the queues for the lift at this time were long and painful! We had a significant plumbing issue while we were there which prevented us using the bath / shower. Olivier was responsive, but ultimately it wasn't fixed (I guess its hard to get a plumber in the resort).so we had no use of that bath / shower during our stay. That said, this is a great unit for the price for bunch of adult friends / older kids (who can help). Everything was clean and in good condition.

Excellent stay in very comfortable accommodation

We had a very pleasant stay with 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering - including a large refrigerator/freezer and oven, which aren't listed. Also a raclette grill! The apartment is steps away from the ski locker, so you can be on the hill in minutes - also great for taking lunch break. We have been skiing at VT/Meribel for over a decade and this was one of our best stays yet.

Comfortable, spacious apartment in great location

We stayed in the Nazca apartment as a family of five in February 2019. The apartment met all our needs and felt spacious for a group of our size. It is well appointed with everything we needed. A bonus of two shower rooms means means little waiting around and there was never an issue with running out of hot water as we have found with other apartments. This is a truly ski in, ski out apartment with an easy piste right outside the ski locker room which itself is just a few steps down from the apartment front door. A number of the main Val Thorens ski lifts are then very easily accessible. There are a few restaurants and shops close by with a good family-friendly restaurant and ski hire shop right in the same building. Also a great bakery just up the road. Olivier, the owner, was extremely helpful both prior to and during our stay and responded to all our questions quickly, offering useful advice to make our holiday even better (thanks Olivier). We would have no hesitation in recommending Nazca as a perfect place to stay for a skiing break in the 3 Vallees and will likely be returning ourselves.

Super séjour à Val Tho! L'appartement est vraiment très très bien situé. On ne peut espérer mieux puisqu'il est sur les pistes le long du télésiège plein sud. L'accès au casier à skis est également très aisé puisque l'appartement est situé au premier étage ( les casiers au sous-sol ). L'appartement est très propre et vraiment bien aménagé. Seuls les bruits nocturnes provenant de noctambules présents dans le bâtiment peuvent provoquer une petite gêne, néanmoins cela n'enlève rien à la qualité du logement. Le propriétaire est vraiment disponible lorsque vous avez besoin de lui et il est de bon conseil lorsqu'il s'agit de nous désirons manger une raclette ou autre fondue. Bref, excellente adresse pour se rendre entre copains ou collègues à Val Tho!

Séjour impeccable en famille avec 3 enfants dans un appartement parfaitement situé, entièrement rénové et très fonctionnel dans son agencement et ses équipements. Conforme en tout point à la description de l'annonce par un propriétaire consciencieux. Je recommande vivement.

Très confortable!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Val Thorens! L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé! Local au ski juste en dessous de l'appartement et départ ski au pieds. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Appartement spacieux

Nous avons passés une semaine dans un appartement très bien agencé avec un grand espace de vie commune. Un appartement rénové depuis peu, très chaleureux et accueillant. Le seul problème est le manque d'isolation, grâce matinée compliquée pour la chambre avec les lits doubles. Cet appartement est parfait pour des séjours entre amis ou en famille avec des espaces de vie confortables.

Appartement idéalement situé pour le ski, départ et arrivée ski aux pieds.Propriétaire très très à l écoute et intervention rapide en cas de problème. Disposition appartement idéale pour 2 couples avec enfants....nous y reviendrons avec plaisir
