The property consists of:
First floor: entryway, fully equipped kitchen, double living room (table for 8 people, TV, sofa), sunroom (table for 8 people), half-bath, terrace (table for 8 people).
First floor: landing, bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed (160) and 1 with 2 single beds).
Garden level: family bedroom over 35 m² with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, a shower room, and a toilet (the room has a ceiling height of 1.93 m with a beam at 1.83 m; shower height: 1.88 m) and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. A clothesline is available outside.

The kitchen is equipped with a range, a microwave, a coffee maker, and an espresso machine (Dolce Gusto), as well as everything needed to cook and eat shellfish. A crepe maker and a raclette machine are provided.
The veranda is furnished with a table and chairs.
The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella. A charcoal grill is provided, along with 4 folding chairs and 2 lounge chairs.

Baby/child equipment: high chair, travel crib with mattress, baby bathtub, as well as utensils, plates, bowls, and glasses.

Young children must not be left unattended on the stairs or on the landing.
3 adult bicycles and 1 children’s bicycle (ages 9–12) are available for your use (in the condition left by previous guests), along with a pump and 2 bike locks.

Household linens are provided (bath towels, bath mats, and dish towels).

Cleaning fees are included in the reservation. However, the end-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as taking out the trash, washing and putting away dishes, or removing bed linens.

We work with a concierge service. Check-in and check-out times must be arranged with them a few days before your arrival (check-out by 10:00 AM and check-in between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM). Please note that Sunday hours are more limited (check-out by 10:00 a.m. and check-in starting at 6:00 p.m.).
