Located just one mile from the beach in the Arborgate community, this Perdido Key, Florida vacation home has four bedrooms and three and half bathrooms, sleeping 16 guests with ease.

Enter Buena Vista 2 to discover the open-concept main living space. The spacious living room has lots of seating for everybody to cozy up and enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV. The chefs in your group will love Buena Vista 2’s kitchen as it has a full set of stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Plus, there is a gas grill outside ideal for grilling up everything from fresh Gulf fish to hamburgers and hot dogs.

Also, on the first floor of Buena Vista 2, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a twin/full bunk, a half bathroom and a laundry room. The second floor is home to the spacious primary suite, offering a king bed, queen sleeper sofa and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a luxurious tub. On the third floor, there’s a bedroom with a full bed, twin/twin bunk and a private ensuite bathroom, as well as another bedroom with two queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom. For additional sleeping space, the hallway includes a twin sleeper sofa. This layout ensures every guest has a comfortable and private retreat.

Property was beautiful, and very spacious. Surrounding area was full of things to do and places to eat. House was clean and easily accessible. We had a great stay!

Family Vacation

Best rental off the beach !!!!

We were extremely comfortable with everything! The couch, beds, privacy, amenities, location to everything we wanted to do! Easy to navigate without all the traffic. Just an absolutely amazing beach trip! Beautiful house and plenty of room.

Every thing is over all good. Only they need a light in back yard because when we do Grill it’s dark. It will be help full if they have full bathroom on first floor too, because my dad has née problems he has hard time to climb stairs to go up.

Not as advertised and overpriced

So many things: Needs paint and carpet. None of the exterior doors latch. Toilet paper holder installed incorrectly. Not near the beach or bay that was advertised in photos. Mold all over outdoor decking and patio. Host fee is a ridiculous amount for what was offered.

Annual Fishing trip

The house was amazing as advertised with just a few flaws that need to be fixed to improve (garbage disposal not working, microwave timer not working, umbrella and gas grill not functioning, outside trash not removed causing swarms of flies in house during check in and no lighting in the backyard). This seems like a lot but they were mainly inconveniences and not vacation destroyers.

Ok...

Was no impressed with cleanliness of property. Also they completely shut fridge off until your check in which is not ok because then it has hard time catching up to cool your groceries properly and make several products hot. Then was hard to contact management to try to discuss issue. House was very spacious for our group but do not think we will rent again.

Vacation 2021

This is a great property. AC was very refreshing. House was very comfortable and spacious. There were plenty of towels provided. We made use of all of the appliances while enjoying our stay. Everything worked very well. We did have a few issues. The trash bins were completely full when we arrived and trash only runs one day a week. The mattresses were tolerable, but not as comfortable as they should have been, for the prices paid for the rental. I would suggest you invest in fitted sheets for the master bedroom, a small flat sheet does not stay on the king sized mattress. The grill out on the patio was filthy. The only other issue we had, was that we were assured that the propane tank would be full and it was completely empty. The property management was very prompt in having it picked up and refilled. We were very appreciative of their services.

Great for a big family

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. Unfortunately, we were inside much more than planned (thanks TS Claudette). Only issue was a leak in roof - damage from last year's hurricane. It didn't pose an issue and the management staff was very helpful.

It was ok

First of all the fridge freezer wasn’t working, without a notice. They did tell me to go get ice chest and ice and they did reimbursed me for that. Kitchen sink stayed clogged up even after a work order was out in. With these issues I could not get no one to call. It was communicated through texting. It was very aggravating. Also had to take pictures of a lot due to broken chairs and umbrella outside, damage to the walls, and stains on the couch, etc. I would not stay here, nor deal with this company again.
