The designated rooms for this rental are inside a house and are partitioned for privacy. Renters have a dedicated front door entry to the rented partition. No interaction with home owner unless requested by phone. House is located in a very nice upper class and friendly neighborhood in Wolf Ranch. (Rate can be reduced if the renter is interested in only 1 bedroom.)

Booking includes a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room, office space with desk and monitor, and a kitchenette. One of the 3 bedrooms and its bathroom are located on the main level. The 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, office space, and a kitchenette are located on the lower level. Bedrooms have comfortable beds reviewers always gave high positive reviews for comfort. The kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, and coffee. The spacious living room includes furniture, a dining table, a TV, and family games. The entire lower floor is included in the rental.

The rented rooms are in a house conveniently located within 2 miles to Target, King Soopers, Lowe’s, gas station, bars, various restaurants, and hospital, elementary and mid-school. Miles of a beautiful walking trail. Beautiful lake and parks within a 10-minute walk.

parking is available on the driveway and street.

Accessing the rooms inside the house is through the front door as a Private entry for the booking. Owner doesn’t use the private entry. There is a smart lock on the front door. Before the first day of your visit, the owner will send a temporary code with instructions will be provided to unlock the door.
