Park City YotelPad 317 offers a very unique experience with its vacation accommodations. You'll find lots of amenities and features, including a location that puts your right in the Park City Canyons Village. You will be about 100 steps to ski access, shopping, restaurants, and more! Additionally, you'll be right on the free shuttle route for transportation to Kimball Junction, Park City and Deer Valley.

Offering 338 square feet, the studio-style condominium features a living area that quickly converts into sleeping space to accommodate up to four guests. You'll find the condo offers form and function with special attention paid to your comfort.

Once you pull up to the front of the building, a valet will assist you with your luggage and gear, as well as park your car. You will then check in at “Mission Control” (the front desk), and then you'll be just steps to the condo on the third floor. Upon entering the condo, you'll find handy coat racks and storage cabinets for your gear and then you'll be right in the living space.

Living area: This space offers a comfortable sofa, a coffee table that converts into a dining table with seating for four, and a big-screen television with cable programming. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the mountain breezes and surrounding views. The multi-use shelf (when the twin bunk is away) provides desk space or a table for a quick snack. Chairs are conveniently tucked away in a cabinet with easy access.

Kitchenette: This kitchenette is the ultimate in functionality and design. It comes with a two-burner stovetop (no oven), microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. You'll also find utensils and other equipment to let you whip up delicious meals and snacks.

When you're ready for some rest after a day's exciting activities, there's a queen Murphy bed that folds down over the sofa, and two twin size bunk beds that fold out of the wall (with a ladder to access the top bunk.)

Bathroom: The full shared bathroom is well equipped with quartz counters, heated towel rack and a spacious shower.

YotelPad Community Amenities: High-end amenities include valet parking, along with ski valet services to give you easy access to the gondola and chair lift. There's Grab-n-Go grocery/snack store offering snacks and beverages. Other amenities include a skier's lounges, and a communal fitness center when you want to get a quick workout in. The game room offers skee ball, video games, pool table, and shuffleboard table, with access to an outdoor patio with outdoor sofas, fire tables, and great views. In the rear of the building you'll enjoy outdoor spaces with comfortable seating and fire tables, a year-round heated pool and hot tub, and mountain views. Take advantage of the ski room on the back patio where you can pick up your equipment and head to the slopes. When you need a quiet space to get some work done, there are small private rooms or a reserve a larger conference room when more space is preferred.
