Came for the weekend for the Savannah Banana game and this little house was perfect! Close to the rail and the stadium, quiet neighborhood, parking on the street and just overall a pleasant stay! Host was responsive to my questions and very pleasant to deal with. The house itself was spacious for the 4 of us, beds were comfortable and had A/C and fans available! Very clean and inviting we did not use the backyard area but it looked maintained and clean! Highly recommend and the next time we come over for a game, I'll be looking to stay here again!!

Weekend Trip for a Baseball Game

We spent the weekend here from Vancouver, BC, Canada for a Mariners vs Blue Jays game. The place was like the photos and there were ample free street parking which was great. The only downside to the process was that I had to message the host about the check-in process and what was expected for check-out as there were no instructions.

Great location

Perfect for our needs - 2 retirees visiting family in area. Close to light rail, plenty of on street parking. Prompt communication from host when we struggled one night with digital locks (probably operator error on our part). To achieve perfection might be nice to have a chair in bedroom to sit on to tie shoes. We unplugged the “plugins”, some folks like those.

Was okay

Upon receiving check in info, the host said they’d left some windows open to air out the property because the previous guest was cooking something odd and there was a smell. Upon arrival, and throughout our stay, the only smell that was odd was cigarettes. Someone definitely smoked cigarettes in the home or in the basement apartment. Outside of that it was a pretty okay space.

Visit to son

This was our 3rd time here. There have been some obvious improvements. However the silverware is very scanty and the cookware/cooking spoons is in need of replenishing and expanding. We appreciate that it's walking distance to where our son lives.

The property was located in a very nice and quiet location. Small town area was close by with great eateries and bars. We loved Rookies and the Flying Lion Brewery.

Save your money

Carpets were disgusting. Back yard , full of garbage and bags . Patio filthy , doors inside never been washed . Windows gross !!! Front yard 😩. Please find something else !!! Wish I could share pics

Quiet ambiance, convenient to Seattle

Very quiet, very clean, wonderful older home in a very safe, settled neighborhood. Easy to access light-rail. Great for Mariners baseball!!!

The location was great for our purposes visiting family nearby. The property was quiet and fairly priced for the location. Parking was on the street right in front of the home. While we didn't cook there was a fully stocked kitchen. And best of all, a very good air conditioner in our bedroom which was a blessing given the 95 degree temps.

My friend and I went to Seattle for a girls trip. The location of this property was very convenient. Chima was so welcoming and helpful! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

May Seattle Visit

Chima's rental met our needs fairly well. The home is within walking distance of our son. The dining table was quite nice as was the common area. The kitchen was lacking some items: full set of measuring spoons and cups as well as dish towels. We cooked just once, on the last night. I found out that the detergent cup on the dishwasher would not close. When I let Chima know and asked what I should do (I had loaded the dishwasher completely) she said she wasn't aware of the problem. She said go ahead and run it despite the fact that the compartment wouldn't close. I did some research and all articles stated the detergent tablets will not dissolve completely when they are in the pre-rinse and pre-wash cycles. If I had known from the beginning of this issue, I would have gladly washed all items by hand.

We looked for a house near our daughter’s family for a week. Staying at China’s place met our objective. The location was perfect and the space adequate for us. Stocking of needed items was more than sufficient. No negatives!
