Exactly what we were looking for

We were looking for a nice house that was not too big that could accommodate 5 adults; was not too far from from campus (we were there for graduation at UT) and in a quiet neighborhood. This home fit the bill perfectly. We had great communication from the owner. Check-in could not have been easier (I'm a rookie). We felt welcomed from the start. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable for the extended weekend and it was an easy drive in to campus every day. I loved the area specifically and east Tennessee generally; absolutely beautifal country. We would highly recommend this house for your next stay in the area.

Clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very welcoming. Loved that there were some snacks for us and water on the nightstands. We will definitely rent again!

Beautiful Home in Quiet Neighborhood

This home is located in Seymour in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean. The owners of the home are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Due to the location of the home, you can easily be in Pigeon Forge or Knoxville in approximately 25 minutes, yet you are not in the hustle and bustle of the traffic you find in Pigeon Forge or Knoxville. We would definitely stay here again in this well maintained home.

Wonderful UT graduation weekend!

This home was perfect for our family to be close to UT for our son’s graduation. Hosts were so kind and quickly responded to our questions. So many nice accents that made this a very comfortable, convenient place to stay!

Felt at home right away

Everything we needed was right there. Cozy living room with fleece throws all decorated for Christmas. Great kitchen, coffee bar. It was wonderful.

Church Event

We went to a women’s conference at the Lift Church in Sevierville TN this house was in good location we did not get into the heavy traffic going to and from church. This house was very clean and very nice. We did not get to do any cooking due to the schedule we had at the church, but if we would have wanted to the kitchen was fully stocked. I would definitely stay again when I am in the area. The host were very helpful and gave us information on how to get in touch with them if we needed.

Great Location.

We will definitely look to book this location. anytime we are in the area. The home is equipped with anything you could need and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts make every effort to make sure you’re taken care of and that you have everything you need to be comfortable.
