Tiki Paradise Oasis comes with 5 bedrooms that have 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, Queen size Sofa and Futon for extra guests. Large smart HDTV's w Cable in the main living room. Excellent highspeed WIFI throughout. The large bright kitchen has new appliances and breakfast area with quartz counter tops. Dining Room table to fit 10 or more guests. The New heated Pool with Spa/Jacuzzi is surrounded by a spacious patio and tropical landscaping. Very quiet and private for a relaxing vacation.

Great place

The house was just as pictured. It has almost everything you need. The drive to the beach was quick and easy. The overall location was very convenient. The owner was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Family vacation

We loved the house! It was a beautiful house and matched the pictures perfectly. The communication with Alex couldn’t have been any better. We’re definitely going to recommend it to others and stay at this house again for further vacations!

The house looked exactly like the pictures

This home was amazing. It looked even better and bigger in person. Enough room for everybody to be comfortable. It was nice . If I visit again I’ll definitely come back. We were told that we didn’t have to really clean up but we did anyways to be respectful of the property. We enjoyed ourselves. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived and the host greeted us with open arms .

Great family get away home!

We were looking for a home with a private pool and close to the beach, and this house did not disappoint. We had three family’s (my two sisters and myself) and all felt very comfortable. We each have two children and with the futon we were able to make a kid room, they loved it! Also had a pack and play provided for our 18 month old. The house was planned out well. For a smaller home it felt spacious and with five bed rooms we all had our own space as well. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies so we could make breakfast, lunch and dinner at the home easily. Lots of stores and restaurants near by as well. The backyard was beautiful and really made you feel like you were at a resort. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We needed it warmed up one time and Alex responded immediately. We went to the beach which was ten mins away and came home to it warmed up again! Alex also checked in too make sure everything was going well. We enjoyed our time very much and the kids immediately asked when we can come back!

Great Stay!

Everything was great ! Only issue was one room had a roof leak and one bed in one of the rooms had like a blood stain in the bed sheet but everything else was good .

Great experience

The house is as expected and true to the photos. Nice neighborhood area; quiet and residential. Close to the beach and easy access to main roads and FLL airport. Alex was responsive and accommodating; we’ll be back!

Great home , strick neighbors!

We were excited to rent this property for a family vacations for me and my grandchildren. Especially because it has a pool. The home is beautiful and very clean but as soon as we got there we noticed their was no hot water. The manager answered immediately and said he would fix the problem, he never did. Thank goodness it was hot outside! The main reason I’m writing this review is to let everyone know that this property is perfect but you cannot make no noise whatsoever the neighbors are very strict they don’t want any noise at all! We were outside in the pool playing volleyball in the pool with the kids during the day and at night it was like 10:30 /11:30 pm I know it’s kinda of late but come on we’re on vacation they called the police when they came out and seen that it was just family and we’re very nice, then they told us that they are called out 2/3 time every weekend. With any kind of noise, that they were sorry but that everyone needed to come inside due to the neighbors. Or risk getting a citation. The neighbors hate that this is a vacation home. I completely understand but Im playing top dollars for a 4 day vacation with my grandkids so think it’s important that we enjoy everything the house has to offer. If the manager had put this in the description I would have gone to the next house. Please inform people that this home is zero tolerance on noise due to the neighborhood. Great house for all adults but please, Don’t bring the kids unless you keep them inside only.

Great place for family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiki Paradise. The property is clean, very spacious with 5 bedrooms and well equipped for our week long stay. Ft Lauderdale airport is minutes away and the beach is an easy 2 mile walk as well as an easy care ride and plenty of public parking. The 5 separate bedrooms with all King beds was great when teens / parents needed their independent space and the outdoor space was perfect. This is a great place for a large family or definitely could combine 2 families. There are several restaurants, grocery store, coffee and walgreens all within walking distance.

House was great, a few hiccups.

We walked in, loved the house!! The use of space is absolutely perfect! We had a couple issues, the owner said the pool was at 90 degrees, but kids wouldn’t even get in because it was so cold. We called the owner, he came the next day to turn it up, he came in and said he’d “turn it up to 95”, after we already saw it was never even on. Also, we were without water for six hours. After multiple calls, texts and excuses why - it was finally handled. Thank goodness there were only four ppl in the house for the majority of that time vs the 12 we booked it for.
