A guest toilet completes the first floor.<br><br>Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a work area—each featuring walk-in closets and opening onto a large living/gym area with a TV. Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom with two showers (including a walk-in shower), two sinks, and a toilet.<br><br>On the second level, there are two bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet. A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet, as well as additional walk-in closets, is accessible from the hallway.<br><br>The house has Wi-Fi, and each bedroom has its own TV.<br><br>You have access to two private, secure parking spaces on the property.<br>Guest access<br>Less than a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive will take you to the beaches of La Croisette and downtown Cannes.<br>The house is accessible on foot, by car, and by bus (bus stop 100 m away).
