This ground floor is the first floor of a large contemporary house, of which we occupy the 1st floor (2 people).
The 2 houses each have their own terraces and living space on the opposite side of the property, and an independent entrance.
The swimming pool, 11 meters by 4.50 m (heated to 25°C from April 05 to September 27), is shared by the 2 houses, each with its own private terrace, but we don't use it very often. Given the proximity of the pool, we only welcome children who know how to swim.
The south-facing ground floor enjoys constant sunshine.
Enclosed parking is available on the property.
The ground floor comprises a living room with 2 leather sofas and 128 cm TV, a dining room with wrought-iron table and exotic wood furniture, a fully-equipped modern open-plan kitchen with granite worktop and bar, 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with mirrored sliding closets, 1 independent bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower room with shower and WC adjoining one of the bedrooms, 1 independent WC, a storeroom with washing machine.
The Rez-de-Villa is located 800 m from the town center, 1 km from the creeks and 1.5 km from the main beaches, 30 km from Saint-Tropez, 15 km from Sainte-Maxime, 6 km from Fréjus and 9 km from Saint-Raphaël.

Every year, we welcome Roc d'Azur participants with pleasure, with the possibility of storing equipment and the proximity of certain courses passing in front of the villa.
