The home is located in an exclusive gated community on a quiet cul de sac where you can enjoy the peace and serenity of lake living, but barely four minutes away you have the convenience of a Publix grocery store, movie theater, local shops, restaurants, and boat rental and marina.
This luxury spec house was designed for entertaining with amazing outdoor living spaces including a custom pool with hot tub, multiple patios, decks, porches. Tiki torches illuminate the pool area with outdoor landscape lighting the leads you down the short pathway to your private dock. Enjoy mesmerizing lake views from wherever you choose to linger.
