Its air-conditioned living room opens onto a beautiful terrace on the ground floor facing south west. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa, and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one equipped with a comfortable double bed in 140 the other, two single beds in 90, the third bed is the sofa that can be converted into a bed in 140 in the living room. The apartment has a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, electric hobs, breakfast area with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and storage cupboards. There is a two bathrooms with Italian shower. The washing machine is located in the cellar. The toilets are separated. A private parking space in a basement garage within the residence will allow you to park your car in total tranquility. Apartment located in a residence with swimming pool.As far as the swimming pool is concerned, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins.
