021 Petite Dauphine--Brand new on our rental program, new owners, new look! This four bedroom three bath pet-friendly home has so much to offer for your next Dauphin Island vacation! Fantastic view of the gulf from the front deck and the inside seating area just off the kitchen. Stepping into the home give the wow factor as you approach the formal dining room that seats 8 and the gorgeously cozy living room behind it. Fully stocked kitchen completes the open space and includes crock pot, air fryer, and extra dishes for entertaining. Master Bedroom offers King bed, flatscreen tv, and ensuite master bath. 2nd bedroom offers 2 Fulls, and 3rd bedroom is set up as the ideal kid room with two twins, flatscreen tv, and games. Upstairs loft has been converted to a 2nd master: Queen bed, seating area with flatscreen tv, and small full bath. Back deck offers picnic table for casual dining with a view of the Bay. West end location, but still close to shoppes and restaurants.

Things to know about our Dauphin Island Rentals:
Pet friendly with non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
All linens are provided
Charcoal grill provided
You must be at least 25 years old to rent

Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 11% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, optional travel insurance.

Clean, Spacious, Great Location

We spent a lot of our vacation just chilling, and it was the perfect place. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for the 6 of us.

Awesome house/location

Petite dauphine

We enjoyed our stay the house is very nice. It’s was clean for the most part. The location was good as well. The only down sides was the elevator wasn’t working. All and all if we couldn’t get a ocean front house in the future we would be happy to stay at your home again anytime. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your home.

Great Time!

First time at dauphin island & it was amazing! This home was so good, it stayed nice and cool, the beds were super comfy, fully stocked kitchen and linens! We will deff be back! Our internet was down when we got there but we called and they came right down and fixed it. Only suggestion we would have is maybe 2 otters for trash because trash only ran 2 times while we were there and we had a lot of trash.

Beautiful home

Loved the floor plan, we all felt like we had our own space/privacy. House is on the main road and must walk down the side road and over the dunes to get to the beach. Quiet island, not commercialized. Skinners seafood will steam your food and have it ready for you to pick up, delicious. Salty Dog delivered our bikes and picked them up from the house and great price! Easy check in, check out.

We will be BACK!!!

Despite having a State of Emergency Day 1 of vacay for flooding and storm, the week was perfect!!! House was great with plenty of kitchen components - even an air fryer!! Plenty of room for all of us - bedrooms were great - only improvement I would add would be a few drawers to master suite for shorts and intimates. Short walk to beach and short drive to several restaurants and eateries. Dauphin Island we will be back - ACP and Roberts Brothers we will definitely stay with you again... no hassle check in and out and great communication!!

Number of rooms

To start off, in the description it states there are 4 rooms, but pictures make it seem as if it 4 actual rooms and then there is an extra loft. Well when arriving it was found out fast the loft was considered one of the rooms. So it’s actually 3 rooms and a loft Also the place was not very clean. There was old popcorn (from previous tenants) on the window frame in the room where the two full beds are located, there was a used wash cloth (from previous tenants) on the floor next to the dryer. The room with the twin beds, (bed closest to the closet) the comforter (navy blue comforter) didn’t look washed it has some white dusky stains on it. The grill had not been cleaned from the previous tenants who occupied before us so we couldn’t use it the evening we wanted to use it. (Yes the Vrbo group offered to have us a new grill) It was very hot in the condo as well. Also the actual mattresses to sleep on left like you were sleeping on the floor they were so hard and uncomfortable. The Vrbo staff with checking in was great the actual unit I won’t be staying in again.

Hidden Gem

Very much enjoyed the stay! House was very clean and well stocked with extras. Great layout with plenty of space. Close to the beach, but it does sit on a main road, so there is traffic. Appreciated the staff alerting us that we could check-in early! Will definitely rent this house again should we come back to Dauphin Island.

Enjoyed our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we arrived Friday there was a construction crew building a house next door so the noise was a little elevated, but they didn’t work on the weekend & we didn’t hear much after that. The house was in a good location & the walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. Front porch & dining room is where we spent most of our time. We did have to watch out for cracked tile on the floor & there was a few soft spots on the floor in the bathrooms & in front of the washer/dryer. Other than those few things, the house was exactly what we expected!

Great for families

This is a nice size house for a large family. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler and had plenty of room in the open living/kitchen area to gather together. The kitchen is large and has a nice selection of cookware and utensils. The pantry is the main storage area for plates, cups and some small counter-top appliances. My one complaint is that there wasn't a storage area to place non-perishable foods - canned goods, snacks, etc. We placed everything on the large countertop area, so it looked a little messy :D ... but it's vacation, so messes happen. The beds were a little more firm than we are used to, but I think most of us slept fine. It's a short walk to the beach and a short drive to local shopping.

1st time stay on Dauphin island

The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. It was right in the middle of the island. The east end with the fort was roughly 4 miles away. While the west end beach was only 2 miles away. The beach across from the house had several dunes to walk over, so it might be difficult for small children or people with disabilities, but with that said, the public beach and the West end beach are easy to get to, and are perfect. So if the dunes are a challenge, a beach is still within easy access. I would highly recommend this property. We loved our stay! Thank you APC and VRBO properties!

Great time!

We had a great time. The location was amazing, the house was perfect, and the listing was just as we’d expected. The breaker got flipped and we didn’t have heat but the rental company was amazing to work with and fixed it quickly! We had a great time!

Best DI trip ever

This house is in the perfect location for a Fall beach trip. Beach access is right across the street! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and there were lots of puzzles and games too. I highly recommend this place.

Great house, beautiful location!

Excellent property! Everything was in really good condition! The listing photos are very accurate and the rental company is very responsive! The house is a very short walk to the beach. Clean property with just a few cosmetic issues that we could see. The back door had some exposed metal which could be dangerous for a small child. The light switches were a little grimy, but nothing a quick wipe down didn’t fix. :) all in all, it was a great experience and we would rent again.

Great Location

This propert was the perfect location for doing things on the island and for accessing the beach with six toddlers! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we wish had been different was the amount of basics stocked in the house. Plan to bring your own spices/sugar and household products (paper towels/dishwashing soap/toilet paper). Given the size of our party (10) and length of our stay, we were running out of products. It is entirely possible that we missed reading what would be provided. The living areas in the house were perfect for our group and the picnic table on the back deck was great for kids to eat at. We would stay here again!
