Great place

We spend 5 days in this charming place. It is very very quiet only heard the bird. Great Boulangerie on rue St Charles 1 mm away take the exit via parking. Great location. Love ii. Will stay again.

There could not be a better location for easy access to the best of Paris. The metro is truly steps away, as well as shops for all your essentials and more. The apartment and amenities just as described, great communication with owner, safe and quiet. Stay here if want the true Paris life!

High quality apartment and area

This is a pretty flat and also clean, comfortable and well organised for visitors. The area is not touristic but has lots of shops and restaurants and rapid access to the metro and overground. Highly recommended.

Beaugrenelle Gem!!

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at this apartment. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the location was fantastic....a 10-minute walk to RER Line C, and just a 2 minute walk to Charles Michels Metro Station. From the latter we were able to explore all of the highlights of the city. 5 stars in all respects, and we would definitely stay there again.

This is a very pleasant apartment in a good location. Very clean and comfortable. We were surprised to find the owners belongings but this gave it a ‘house sit’ feel rather than an austere atmosphere. We felt very at home. Parking was a real benefit. We will rent again.

Our trip to Paris was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and was also our first trip to Europe. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment to stay for our 2 weeks. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped with comfortable sleeping. The location was perfect with access to cafés, shops and a grocery store right next door. Access to the Metro 10 line was steps away making it convenient and easy to see all of Paris. The hosts even included 2 Navigo Metro passes (we had already setup IDF accounts so we could use our phones).Speaking of the hosts, they were amazing to deal with. Extremely responsive and accommodating. When we’re back in Paris we will definitely look to book this space again if available.

Great Paris property!

This was my wife & I first trip to Europe/Paris. We hoped that booking this property would put us close to attractions w/out being a "touristy" spot. That's exactly what we got, close enough to eiffel tower etc but far enough away for an authentic local feel. There was PLENTY of cafes, shopping, transit etc close by. -The apartment itself was perfect. Very clean, cozy but bigger than a hotel room & the host was very easy to get a hold of. Location was perfect as well. -My wife & i will definitely stay here again the next time we are able to travel to Paris!

Convenient location in Western Paris

My wife and I spent 7 nights at the apartment during the Olympics. As we were very close to both the Metro and regional train we could get anywhere in the city very easily. While we had read the warnings about the lack of AC we found that by opening the windows at night and closing them and the drapes in the mornings we were able to sleep comfortably with the small fan. We enjoyed relaxing in the suite in the evenings after our busy days and watching the evenings events on television. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed eating takeout from the various restaurants in the area and shopping at the local markets.

Quiet location, close to Metro, No A/C

Quiet apartment; open spacious living and dining areas for 2. Small kitchen but sufficient for us, we like to eat out while traveling. Several nice cafes very close. Biggest minus-no A/C! The first few nights would have been miserable (96 degrees) so we checked into a hotel and did an overnight Normandy tour to reduce our time in Paris until it cooled. Once the temperature dropped, it was very, very pleasant but I would not advise renting this in hot weather unless you can tolerate heat. More pillows for the bed and towels in the bathroom would have been nice too. Overall, we would stay here again if we visited during cool weather.

Apartamento tranquilo, da a un patio arbolado interior. Zona con buenos servicios de todo tipo y metro próximo. Adecuado para dos personas. Todo bien aunque la limpieza no era óptima y se había hecho muy por encima.

Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accueillants. L’appartement est impeccable, dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin et est dans un secteur tranquille. Plein de petits commerces autour. Près des transports en commun. Les photos sont fidèles à l’appartement. J’y retournerais avec plaisir.
