This adorable 1 bed/1bath private home boasts incredible outdoor spaces and is located just .2 miles (5 minutes walking distance) from Leadbetter Beach & Shoreline Park. Enjoy the expansive private deck w/ outdoor dining, smart TV's, abundant amenities, and the newly remodeled kitchen with 36" Viking Range. Located just minutes to trails, wine tasting & downtown Santa Barbara. Pet friendly ($199 pet fee). The perfect coastal get-away!

Tucked between Downtown Santa Barbara and the Pacific Ocean in the most charming of locations, you’ll find endless reasons to love this adorable Beach Cottage! An incredible remodel was just completed last year with no details overlooked!

The spacious living room boasts new floors, new dual pane windows, a sleeper sofa and a 55” smart TV with Netflix & YouTube Live TV. Queen-sized sofa bed in living room can sleep an additional person.

The master suite is equipped with a new, high-end King size mattress from Sit N’ Sleep’s luxury line, memory foam pillows, a smart TV, and French doors that open to a lovely backyard.

The newly remodeled kitchen with stunning backsplash and 36” Viking Range opens directly to a large private deck set beneath string lights. The deck wraps around a beautiful Jacaranda tree. Enjoy outdoor dining and firepit in the lovely Santa Barbara weather or soak up the sun on our hammock, day-bed, & lounge chairs!

The home has a new heating and Air Conditioning unit to make sure you relax at the perfect temperature. Brand new stackable LG washer and dryer on site.

All of this located in the most charming of areas- just moments to the beach, parks, shopping, fine dining, wine tasting, and less than 2 miles from Downtown Santa Barbara!

Beach Cottage review

Great small little beach cottage with good family room and outdoor space. A grill and fire pit accessible along with some beach equipment. Walking distance from the Shoreline Drive park walkway and beach. Excellent communication with the owner... we'll likely be back!

This place is just right for two adults and one child. Walking distance to the beach was great. Couldn't really walk to any bars or restaurants though. The yard, while tiny, has fun outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit. Overall it was comfortable stay during a crazy UCSB move-out weekend.

Perfect Cottage Getaway !!

Loved It! This Dreamy Cottage is everything it says and more! We stayed for 4 nights with our dog and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, and everything is within walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the back yard is private. You don't even know there are houses around you. A perfect place to stay and explore Santa Barbara !!

Lovely cottage

We had a great stay at East Mesa cottage. The place is very well equipped and super comfortable. Though we had a couple of very small hiccups upon check in, Easton was extremely responsive and took care of them immediately. The neighborhood was very quiet and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes! It is a five minute walk to SBCC which is a really nice campus and convenient if you're checking it out for potential a college student. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We had a great time staying for an anniversary getaway. Amazing location close to water and walkable to state street depending on fitness level. Listing was as advertised and a cozy get away.

Great vacation spot

We had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara and loved the location of our little bungalow! The proximity to the beach and downtown was perfect as was the walking areas to access the beach.

Perfect Cozy Cottage

We were here for a week with our dog and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed with great outdoor space. The location is an easy drive to the dog beach and State Street/Funk Zone. Would definitely stay here again!

Probably the best Vrbo I’ve stayed at!

Needed a place that could also accommodate our pup when in SB for my daughter’s tournament (she stayed with the team, this cute place wouldn’t have been big enough for her too). Wow wow I can not express enough what a gem this place is. It looked great online and just as wonderful in “real life”. It’s decorated in such a cute manner and was sooo clean. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood of unique homes and especially the very nearby coastline. We were even able to walk the coastline from the house down to the harbor and state street area, great location. Easy check in and convenient tips were provided. Loved it.

Pet friendly quiet spot close to the beach

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely house a few blocks from the beach and the park. The house is so comfortable with a great indoor/outdoor feeling. The outside patio and backyard provide a relaxing retreat under a beautiful Jacaranda tree. The property is conveniently located near tasty restaurants and cafes, and is tucked into a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. It's well maintained, and the host is responsive and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

This place was perfect for a couple coming to Santa Barbara. We we're in town for a wedding and did most stuff in the funk zone and downtown and it was a quick 5-10 minute uber down there. Place was very nice, close to beach and great outdoor space.

Tiny but quaint

This is a small cottage, but is is charming. The bed was comfortable and he kitchen well appointed. It us decorated with some nice touches. It is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I spent our 25th anniversary vacation here. We brought our chocolate lab with us too. What a perfect little place. We fell in love with The Mesa neighborhood. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. Shoreline Park has stairs leading down to the beach where dogs may roam off-leash. We will definitely return.

Lovely home and location!

We had a fantastic stay at this Dreamy Beach Cottage! Everything was great, the place was clean, close to the beach and the outdoor area was fantastic. The french doors in the bedroom were awesome to keep open and feel the ocean breezes. We loved every minute of our trip!

Easton was so friendly and helpful and the place was perfect for us. It looks exactly like the photos and we loved staying there! It was cute and cozy and the backyard area was amazing! The location is also great. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again!

SB Summer getaway

My daughter and I had an amazing time at this property. It was the perfect size for the two of us, Definitely comfortable for for a family of three evenIt had a great yard for us to hang out in. It was also a dog friendly property! Really close to the beach really great location. My daughter and I definitely plan on coming back. Perfect Love Nest for Two!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, it’s a tiny little cottage perfect for two with so many cute little nesting areas in the backyard. The property is well taken care of and you can see the thought that went into the reconstruction. My mate and I loved our stay!

Perfect Mini-moon

Overall great experience here and just a short walk away from the beach! Came here for a nice little mini honeymoon away after all the labors of wedding planning and it was so perfect! Had access to our favorite shows, lounging outside at night by the fire pit, walking to the beach, and even the restaurants!
