This was our second stay at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Plenty of space for family to spread out and enjoy their private time as well as large Gathering areas for everyone to spend time together. Approximately 20 minutes from epic universe and Universal Parks as well as seaworld. Much less drive time even to get into the Disney parks. Instacart friendly with the availability to have groceries dropped off on arrival. Very short drive to all grocery stores as well as CVS and walgreens. Super safe gated community where you feel comfortable and at ease. I also have to mention how great the backyard is. Though we didn't get to use the pool this time it's impeccably kept. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed the backyard because it is gated and she had her freedom. Quiet neighborhood so while we were gone she was also at ease. Would highly recommend! I'm sure we will be coming back for at least a third visit probably many more!

Gem in Close Proximity to Disney

I went to UCF and worked at Disney for a bit... this property is in the Perfect location! 15 min on easy roads to reach each and every park without the constant "stuck in traffic" that Orlando is known for. The backyard is fenced and great if you are traveling with animals. Secured community makes you feel at ease. Really enjoyed the property, and would love to come back. If you're debating between a resort stay vs this property... choose this property 100% of the time!

Great stay

House is as pictured. Perfect location. Gisella was outstanding. Knocked star for cardboard mattresses, not all the recliners work, and cheap chipped pots and pans. All these things are somewhat expected with rentals.

Beautiful and spacious

We had a great stay! Enjoyable house and club house. Enjoyed picking room colors to match personalities. Very spacious at a very fair price. Wish we had been able to stay longer to take advantage of all the area has to offer. Close to Disney but there is traffic. Universal Studio is great fun! Enjoyed Boggy Creek airboat ride and evening swims and soaks in the hot tub. Needed more time at the community pool and water slides.

The house was very clean and looks just like the pics. My only regret was getting the pool heated. The only issue we had was the internet connection. Will definitely come back! ☺️

Perfect Choice

Spacious and well suited for children. I was concerned about pool safety but the push button alarm and the mesh gate separating the pool area entrance from the house was perfect. The movie theatre came in handy and my grandson loved his bunk bed! It might be a good idea to have coffee maker instructions in the house and have the property management company stop by the house at the start of our stay to see if we had any questions. (They did that for our friends down the street), it would have been helpful.

Perfect for a large family trip

We had a party of 11 of my siblings, their spouses and children for a family Disney trip. Location is perfect, took about 15-20 minutes to get to the parks. The waterpark in the neighborhood is great for non park days. The restaurant was very good and delivered. House was just a short walk from the clubhouse and we walked to the gym each day. The house was very orderly, we had some issues with the refrigerator and pool heater but Jeeves took care of it right away. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great place…

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Four Corners! The house was just as pictures showed and rooms so tastefully decorated. The community water park was PERFECT and well-worth the stay and money! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of the EXTREME scarcity of items in the house to comfortably live for 4 nights for a 9 bedroom house that holds such a large number of guests. 1 one of toilet paper in each restroom, 1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag, 2 face towels, 2 hand towels , and 2 bath towels for each room that slept 2+ people is just silly. I cannot tell you how many times we ran the washing machine and used corners of large towels to wash our faces to ensure we weren’t using dirty/body towels on our face. At the price point for this house, an extra items for everything listed above shouldn’t break the bank of the owners. Other than that…the place was great!

Family Christmas

First of all, the property manager was excellent!! She went out of her way in setting up our stay and was also quick to respond to my messages and questions. With respect to the property, overall the place is exactly as stated on VRBO. However, there were a couple of deficiencies that affected our stay. The biggest one was the lack of backup toilet paper. We had to find a store open on Christmas Day to purchase toilet paper. We had 13 people staying and most bathrooms only had about half rolls. I was not going to bother the PM on Christmas Day for something the cleaning service overlooked. The other concern is the lack of silverware for 13 people. There were only 12 forks. We had to use plastic forks for some of us. When you are preparing a Christmas meal you use utensils and that left some without a regular fork. I know this may seem minor but to us it presented an continuous inconvenience. Again, the property was excellent! The accommodations met our expectations and I’m grateful for that. Just the little annoyance with the toilet paper and dinnerware just didn’t sit well, especially with the younger children. But, I would stay there again provided they made sure of the household needs.

Wonderful clean newer home

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this home. It is exactly like pictured and of the yearly many homes we've come together to meet each year this home was in the very best condition and the most clean and refreshing. When we first arrived there was an issue with pool circulation but a call to Giselle quickly got the pool filter changed and working properly. Nothing that kept us out of the pool and minor. The back yard and the openess of the space is wonderful!!! This made all the difference for our very large group as we spent most of our time in the home, not out doing tourist type things. Having such an open space and large home made up for our only real negative which baffled us some that the resort pool had such low operating hours. I think it was like 11am to 5pm and considering the hot florida sun and how late it stays warm and light out that was surprising and inadequate. So GLAD we had the nice pool area at the house as a back up. The pool alarm going off whenever you open a door is annoying at first but with 15 people we quickly got used to it had no issues. Glad set up so safely for those w small children! Giselle was very kind and responsive and even sent over a larger pan to cook with as soon as we let her know a larger size was missing. She is a WONDERFUL host. Bedrooms and commom areas were all lovely and spacious with ample seating. Garage game area a bonus for teens! We loved this home and highly recommend. A wonderful family vacation. We hope to stay again!

Our stay was amazing. The house was very nice and we were really pleased it allowed pets . The house was convenient to so many local attractions. The owner was very attentive and we were over all pleased with our stay .

Everything was just as listed. Beautiful home! We had a few problems with Wi-Fi and a deck light being out. The owner addressed these right away and followed up. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place For Family Reunion

We had a great time. There were a few things broken when we arrived but it didn't impact our stay. We spent most of our time at the community pool, which was fantastic. The kids loved the theater room for some much needed downtime.

Family Vacation

Gisella was amazing to work with. She was extremely responsive from basic questions before booking and throughout our stay. We enjoyed the home greatly and extended an additional night because of this. The listing/pictures were very spot on. The location was great and the resort amenities were excellent.

Great house, amenities, and property manager

The house was gorgeous and well-appointed. It exceeded expectations and was the perfect size for our group of families with young kids. The property manager was outstanding and really went above and beyond to accommodate us. The amenities in the community were wonderful. We won't hesitate to book this property again.

Excellent place!

This house was everything it looks Like online. We had 6 adults and 3 little kids 1,2,3. The rooms for the kids were so cute and the adult bedrooms were clean and spacious. The home theater and game room were just extra special treats to hang out with family. My only regret was that I didn’t plan an extra day to just hang out at the water park on the property. I would definitely stay here again

Spectacular Reunion Resort

We rented this beautiful home for my son’s 13th birthday. We loved the element of privacy that each bedroom offered in that each had its own private bathroom or Jack-and-Jill bath with two sinks. As per cleanliness, the home was impeccable, the linens crisp and white, and the home had a clean and fresh fragrance throughout. The pool was sparkling clean and the water temperature was perfect. The children had a great time in the pool after a long day at the theme parks and the aqua park in the resort was a hit! The resort grounds were well kept and the entrance gate guards were extremely polite and courteous. We reached out to the property management company once during our stay and they were very quick to respond and address the minor issue we encountered. Gissela is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it!
