Our Chic & Elegant accommodation can host up to 2 guests and is the ideal setting for solo holidays, couples’ retreats, or a comfortable business trip! Bright, soundproof, and tastefully decorated, this spacious studio has been fully restored and is located in the heart of Périgueux, just steps away from the historic center and the Palais de Justice.
In this prestigious south-west facing apartment, you will enjoy quality amenities designed to make your stay unforgettable. An elevator takes you to your studio in a quiet and soothing atmosphere. As you enter, you are greeted by the Queen Size bed elegantly adorned with top-quality bedding and the charming little sitting area that frames the large window in the main room.
The adjoining bathroom, featuring a large shower, comes with shampoo, shower gel, and soap dispensers, as well as towels and bath linens. Your journey continues into the fully equipped kitchen: induction stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Damman teas, and coffee capsules—nothing is missing! Le Maleville is my latest project. A complete rehabilitation was carried out which required 15 months of renovation, supervised by an architectural firm. Le Maleville has been designed to meet all the needs of someone looking for a luxury short-term rental. I put all my experience in tourist accommodation into designing this establishment. Come with your eyes closed!
