Its 34 runs are suitable for all skill levels, whether you’re a seasoned pro or a weekend skier. With 6 green runs, 12 blue runs, 14 red runs, and 2 black runs, there’s something to delight every type of vacationer.

A snowpark, 3 boardercross courses, 1 “kid park,” and a training stadium round out the offerings at the Sauze resort, which also features 4 mountain restaurants—perfect for refueling between runs.

While the resort is bustling during the day, it stays lively at night thanks to a varied and attractive lineup of evening activities: headlamp sledding, snowcat rides, ice karting, as well as snowmobiling, torchlight runs, and family-friendly “snake gliss” will liven up your evenings.
If you love the mountains but aren’t so into skiing or snowboarding (yes, that can happen!), then snowshoeing seems like a great option for enjoying the snow-covered panoramas of Le Sauze during the winter.
Starting from the resort, numerous marked (but ungroomed) trails are available for a perfect connection with nature, in complete tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of the heart of the ski area.

Whether on your own, with a partner, or with a guide, you’ll discover everything that makes this lovely corner of the Ubaye so unique. A must-see? The “Chapeau de Gendarme”! Perched at an altitude of 2,682 meters, this peak—accessible from the Super-Sauze resort via a trail—offers a unique panoramic view of the Bachelard and Ubaye valleys.
The Montagne de l’Alp (2,775 m), La Rouchinière (2,709 m), the Tête des Fanets (2,568 m), the Routres Valley, and the La Goutta Valley are just some of the peaks and other splendid spots that have earned the resort its reputation—we highly recommend exploring them during your adventures.
