A 270 m² architect-designed villa built in 2020 in the California style, featuring ocean views of Pinarello Bay and its Genoese tower located on an island, and an infinity pool—accommodates 10 people (4 suites).
Casa Pineta is an east-west-facing villa, situated on a private estate consisting of 6 villas, each built on a 4,000 m² lot. It is situated on a fenced-in lot shaded by century-old pine trees. It can accommodate up to 10 guests (8 adults or 6 adults and 4 children) in 4 separate suites, each featuring a bathroom, a separate toilet, and access to a terrace with a sea view.
The villa was designed so that a terrace is available in either the sun or the shade at any time of day. It also features a parking area that can accommodate several cars.
Since November 2022, the villa has been equipped with fiber-optic internet, ensuring excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property.

The villa features tasteful, contemporary decor and is spread over two levels:
- First floor: The entryway opens directly onto the large 100 m² living area (living room with a fireplace, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen). The sliding glass doors provide direct access to the terrace and the pool: when all the sliding glass doors are open, the interior of the house blends seamlessly with the terrace and the pool. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen (2 conventional ovens, a microwave, a wine cooler, and a large induction cooktop with a built-in range hood), there is a pantry that includes a walk-in refrigerator and a freezer. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a long, glass-enclosed hallway with ocean views: it includes two bedrooms with access to a terrace overlooking the ocean. Each suite has its own TV and private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
- Level -1: It consists of two bedrooms with access to a terrace and equipped with TVs: one bedroom with its own bathroom and another “dormitory-style” bedroom with one double bed and two single beds, also with its own bathroom. Each bedroom opens onto an ipe wood terrace with a view of the sea.
- The villa is fully air-conditioned and very well-equipped.
- The villa has been equipped with FIBER OPTIC internet since November 2022. You’ll enjoy an excellent internet connection. This excellent connection covers the entire villa thanks to access points on every level. We’ve also installed an outdoor access point so you can connect from the terraces.
