Le Mas du Colombier - Les Vans - Ardèche Méridionale

The Mas du Colombier in Les Vans in the south of the Ardèche on the border of the Gard and the Cévennes, welcomes you from April to October for weekly stays or for long weekends.
The Mas is a large stone house of about 250 m2 with 6 bedrooms (2 of which have a separate entrance) that can accommodate up to 12 people in the heart of a garden of 8500 m2.

The farmhouse is composed of:
• 2 lounge areas with 4 sofas (12 seats)
• A bar area with armchairs and darts
• A dining room with a large table for 12 people
• an open kitchen with a central island and a closed kitchen with professional cold room
• 1 covered terrace for 12 people (in the shade) and a covered terrace for 6 people to the south.

Swimming pool area:
Swimming pool with electrolysis (no chlorine) - 10 x 5 m - open from mid-May to mid-September.
A covered terrace of 80 m2 near the pool houses an area with 3 sofas, a large table for 12 people, 2 hammocks, a ping-pong table. 8 sun loungers are available.

The shops, bars and restaurants of the village of Les Vans are within walking distance of the house.
Swimming in the Chassezac and Ardèche gorges, canoeing, tree climbing, canyoning, hiking, visits to the Chauvet cave.
The house is ideal for spending a holiday with family or friends in a typical village, with its many traditional shops, local farmers' market, many bars and restaurants.

End-of-stay cleaning fee: €200.

Out of season, it is possible to adapt the price to the number of people for groups of less than 12 people. Do not hesitate to contact us.
