It benefits from all the comfort to ensure you a stay dedicated to relaxation. Articulated around a pleasant outdoor patio, it features air conditioning in one of the two bedrooms on the floor. You won't miss anything, you will find all the amenities you may need and more, the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The spacious dining room can accommodate up to 4 guests. This villa in a very residential area also has 2 bedrooms upstairs. The ground floor consists of an open kitchen overlooking the living/dining room, a shower room with toilet, a veranda and a patio. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms one with a bed in 140, the second bedroom has twin beds in 90 (this is the air-conditioned room).You will of course enjoy the magnificent Patio equipped. (see Photo). For parking, a free parking space is available right in front of the villa.The residence is equipped with an outdoor pool provided that the sanitary conditions allow the pool to open. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins. No refund or compensation can then be claimed).Please note that the rate does not include household linen, toilet towels or end of stay cleaning. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).You can enjoy a wide range of water sports, such as wake board, windsurfing and water skiing, just 2 steps from the villa. Within 5 minutes, golf enthusiasts can enjoy the golf course with 2 18-hole courses and 1 6-hole course, for which you will receive 20% discount on green fees on presentation of your rental contract. In the heart of a privileged setting in a relaxing atmosphere, you will discover an ideal space for a successful holiday. La Grande Motte offers you the sweetness of the farniente on the sandy beach nearby, or in the middle of a remarkable flora.
