The upper level of the home offers guest views of beautiful country living. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths offer plenty of room for larger families. home sits on beautiful acres that offers mature pecan and fruit trees! Primrose Farmhouse is minutes to Turner Falls and Chickasaw National Recreation Area Park. Sit on the two large upper balconies, watch the sunet views across the rolling foothils of the Arbuckles. Look for the peacocks!

Beautiful peaceful family vacation home

This vacation home was a delight to stay in! We were celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday with family and it was the perfect house! It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the property was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the wrap around balcony on the 2nd story. Turner Falls and the Chickasaw Recreation were very gorgeous and fun family attractions that were very close to the property. The host was friendly, professional, and accommodated to our every need. Paul made sure we had a great stay. Overall, one of the best vacation experiences ever! We will be back. Highly recommended rental home!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We booked this house WEEKS in advance. When arriving, I never got an access code. I tried contacting multiple times through the app and cell phone and would go straight to voicemail. My group, along with our kids had to scramble to find another house to stay at since we traveled hours to get there. I DO NOT recommend renting from these people. They took our money and didn’t have the decency to communicate with us.

Excellent

We had an excellent time, very good privacy, peaceful, quiet and a perfect location to visit the attractions of the place. We had a great time with the firepit and a lot of space for kids to play. Only thing I would change is the size of the inside dinner table and the exterior light that made one of the rooms very bright at night. I recommend this place, Thank you Paul!

Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely time at the Primrose farmhouse 😊 We loved playing in the big yard and getting to see the goats, chickens and ducks! The house was a little dusty, but really quiet well maintained otherwise! Super close to both the towns of Davis and Sulphur, and Arbuckle Wilderness and Turner Falls. We enjoyed hiking, sight seeing, playing near the creeks at Turner falls and the Chickasaw Nation Recreation Area! All in all a lovely long weekend!

Family getaway

For the most part the overall stay was enjoyable.. It was close and easy access to the things we wanted to do and see ... It was clean and ready for our stay and our host Paul communicated with us during our stay giving ideas and directions Thanks Paul ... there was a few things that could be added to the kitchen " a wisqe , tongs , and there was no paper plates s a advised ... but we over came it thanks to Walmart 😀 Very nice property

The house was super clean and their was much space for the kids to run around

Beautiful property & perfect location

We had a family reunion in the area which is why we rented this Vrbo.. the house was so cozy. They had goats there for us to pet and chickens there for us to feed our scraps to. The wrap around balcony gives you a great view of the arbuckle mountains. I would suggest bringing a few comfy chairs to use while sitting up there. The yard was HUGE great for kids to explore.

Wonderful for family gathering!

We loved our week here! Three branches of the family (6 adults, one teen, one kid, one toddler) came from Georgia and Texas. The house is large and spacious for all involved. Kitchen is decently stocked but doesn’t have enough stuff for large scale cooking. But we got creative! As others said, the chickens and goats are a wonderful addition and great activity for kids. The goats do seem to get out but always find there way back in. There is a bonus toddler bed in one of the bedrooms that’s not listed. Very close to Turner Falls and Chickasaw Recreation. We would definitely go again!

Loved the Home

My family really enjoyed the Primrose Farmhouse. The goats and chickens was an extra bonus that the kids really enjoyed feeding them and checking on them as if they were there own little farm animals. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home and create some memories in our time of sorrow.

Primrose Farmhouse

We enjoyed the property. Lots of room outside for activities and is well kept up. The kids loved feeding the goats. We enjoyed the fire pit. WIFI was good. The stairs are a bit steep if anyone has problems with climbing. Overall a great experience.

“Prime” service and stay at Primrose Farmhouse!!!

Our stay at Primrose Farmhouse was perfect! The property was so inviting as well as our host, Paul!! The house was so clean and spacious!! We will be returning to the area and will certainly want to rent this house again!!!!
