AN IDEAL AND QUIET PLACE
The Gîtes de l'Alise are ideally located on the South slope of Gérardmer. The property includes a large house and a large green area of 32 ares. The whole was completely rehabilitated, rearranged and decorated in a sleek contemporary style in 2016.

GREAT PROPERTY WITH 2 FLATS
The house consists of 2 holiday flats of equivalent services with separate entrances, separate terraces, both overlooking the Gérardmer valley, its lake and the Vosges mountains. They are called Gîte de l’alise Sud and Gîte de l’alise Haut.

Each flat has a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower, infrared sauna, washer-dryer.

VERY GREAT COMFORT IN A BEAUTIFUL VOLUME
Heating is electric and underfloor. Thermostats are available in each room.
All the comforts are present for holidays and fun for all: friendly space in the large living room, quality and silent appliances, 140cm HD flat screen, Netflix, Disney +, wifi, bluetooth sound column, Playstation 3 and its games, library and games of society for all, various toys. In terms of wellness, the bathrooms each offer a large shower and a sauna for 3-4 people.

STORAGE ROOM FOR SKI / BIKE / GAMES ROOM
Full snow removal is provided during your entire stay.
A ski and bicycle storage room is attached to the house.
A games room is available to tenants. Equipped with a table football and darts, Playmobils, toys and books, a couch and Bluetooth speaker, this room is at your disposal to spend convivial moments.
A playground for kids is also available in the garden.

ALSO IDEAL FOR 12 PEOPLE
The usual capacity is 6 people per accommodation. Nevertheless, we have designed the space to also make it a very large flat for 12 people thanks to a double door connecting the accommodation. This way, you get access to the full house. The wooden terraces of the region will immediately put you in the holiday mood. Garden and barbecue set will be your allies on these pleasant areas facing south.

A PLACE RESPECTFUL OF ENVIRONMENT
Gérardmer is located in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges regional natural park and our house is part of this project.
The house has photovoltaic panels which generate clean electricity.
Waste sorting is done very easily locally. A compost is available in the garden too.
In addition, we want to keep the natural aspect of the garden as much as possible to continue to see the thousands of daffodils that are so celebrated in Gérardmer bloom each spring. This is why we carry out a late mowing which will leave you the pleasure of lying on a carpet of fragrant flowers and admiring butterflies and insects.

ENJOY NATURE AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES!
Each season offers its pleasures in the Vosges: spring is full of flowers and festive with the gathering and celebration of daffodils, summer is sporty or relaxing thanks to the surrounding lakes and their nautical activities.
Hikers, cyclists, paragliding addicts will not be outdone. Autumn has its mushrooms, its breathtaking views of the peaks of the Alps from the Crêtes.
Winter of course brings its snow for the joy of skiers, snowshoe hikers, children on their sledge.
The swimming pool, skating rink and bowling complex can also fill a day of grief.
Competitions of all kinds take place regularly in Gérardmer, just ask!

CULTURAL EVENTS FOR EVERY TASTE
This is without taking into account the local cultural offer: Espace LAC, Casino, Maison de la Culture for shows and cinema.
The Fantastic'Arts festival at the end of January will delight fans with its events.
The People's Theater in Bussang shows an original scene open to the forest.
The surroundings have a historical and gastronomic heritage to discover.
