LARGE HOUSE TO SHARE WITH FRIENDS

Large house in a typical hamlet of the Cévennes Ardéchoise. The cottage, located in the Regional Park of the Monts d´Ardèche, offers large spaces, absolute calm and total change of scenery.
You will be in a preserved environment, far from mass tourism, but within reach of all the major natural sites of the southern Ardèche. The house is also an ideal starting point for many walks, treks and swims in rivers.

Our 18th century house is the ideal setting to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. It offers a range of convivial spaces (garden, terraces, lounges).
On the ground floor, the cottage has a large kitchen opening onto the living room with fireplace, a dining room, two bedrooms and a courtyard terrace. Upstairs you will find a large landing with a relaxation area, a library and a space dedicated to children with board games, comics and books... The first floor has a large bathroom (with shower and bath) and three bedrooms, one with a small living room and a terrace. The rooms are flexible; they offer the possibility of receiving either a 180x200 bed or two 80x200 beds.

The house is located 17 km from Les Vans and 20 km from Joyeuse, villages famous for their farmers and artisan markets, their shops and their restaurants.
During your stay, you can visit the major tourist sites: Grotte Chauvet, Aven d´Orgnac, Bois de Païolive, wonder around the characterful local villages, and try out the full range of outdoor sports offered by the Ardèche.

From the house, the hiking trails along the slopes will lead you to many beautiful viewpoints. You will be surprised by outstanding landscapes, with exceptional geographical and geological features.
