Mansion with Pool - Dieulefit - Sleeps 12

Dieulefit, classified as a 'tourist resort' and 'green resort' is located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale. Its natural area, its hiking trails, its viale, its art history (pottery and ceramics) attract many holidaymakers every year. Close to Grignan, Saoû and other typical villages of the Region, Dieulefit lives all year round and offers many sports, cultural activities, festivals...<br><br>This building built in 1860, completely renovated by its owners, is a place steeped in history. The 4-star listed house is located in the center of Dieulefit, everything is accessible to pied.La house has kept its charm of yesteryear but offers a contemporary interior with 12 beds (extra beds possible), large living spaces, pretty high ceilings, double glazing as well as a very pleasant exterior that invites rest, relaxation, moments shared with family or friends with a playground for children (swing, trampoline) but also table tennis, American billiards and table football and a swimming pool for relaxation.<br><br>First floor: living rooms, games, kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed (160) + shower.<br><br><br><br>1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160), 2 bedrooms with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms upstairs.<br><br><br><br>** Household linen in addition: €12.5 per single bed / €25 per double bed. The linen includes sheets, towels, dish towels and bath mats. <br><br><br><br>** You will be asked to pay an extra charge of €35 if you wish to bring your pet.<br><br><br><br>** Coffee maker available in the house: Nespresso machine (standard capsules) and filter coffee maker.<br><br><br><br>** If the maximum number of guests is reached (12 people), we limit the number of infants to 2 for each booking. If the number of occupants (adults + children) exceeds the maximum capacity then the booking will be cancelled without refund.<br><br><br><br>** Basic necessities are provided for your arrival (dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc.). The tenant must plan for the rest of the stay.<br><br>** Departures are before 10am. When possible, we can allow a departure until 12pm.
