Villa Piladi, designed to accommodate 6 people, is located in the immediate vicinity of the cycle path, 3 km from the beaches and the town center of Lacanau-Océan and 3 km from the Moutchic lake with its many water activities. Located between the Golf International de la Méjanne and the Casino de Lacanau, it will offer you a 40-minute drive from the Arcachon basin, 1 hour from the tourist circuits of the great wines of the Médoc and 50 minutes from Bordeaux, a city listed as a World Heritage Site. of humanity, many possibilities for your summer outings.

On the ground floor:
A large, very bright, comfortable living room with a cathedral roof reflecting great harmony with the surrounding nature (Lacanau national forest), a fully equipped kitchen (oven + combined oven/microwave oven, hotplates, induction, cooker hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, espresso machine, wine cellar…) with an elegant design in the choice of materials (worktop in Dekton by Consentino, travertine floor… ) and offering you a large dining area (table and chairs and high chair for babies) with a view of the beautiful swimming pool overlooking the garden terraces, and an entrance area welcoming you with a table football that will remind you of your memories of youth, high-end furniture and TV. This first level will also offer you a first superior double bedroom, with storage, composed of 2 single beds of 90 x 200 which can be joined together on request of travellers, and a first bathroom and its large walk-in shower, perfect for refresh yourself when you return from the beach. Suspended toilet, towel dryer radiator and hair dryer are also available on this level.

The living rooms open onto a large outdoor landscaped terrace all in wood of more than 150m2, equipped with garden furniture, built-in benches in espaliers, cushions, and armchairs; the opportunity to meet up in the evening around a good barbecue brazier, after a day spent at the beach or surfing the waves of Lacanau. An outdoor kitchen completes the terrace and will allow you to make the most of the Canaulais lifestyle.

Upstairs :

An office space on the landing with an IMac computer connected to the Internet network, printer, storage, will facilitate your teleworking needs (and isolation from the rest of the house) during your stay. The landing will offer you working comfort by bringing in natural light through the French window opening onto a small wooden balcony with garden armchairs where you can relax or find a space conducive to reading and meditation.
2 superior double bedrooms with sloping ceilings equipped with a queen size bed 160 cm, a wardrobe, with electric skylight for the first and 2 single beds of 90 x 200 which can be joined together on request of travelers, with skylight and storage for the second.

A second bathroom, thought as a breath, by its luminous opening on the forest which is combined parallel to the magnificent Duravit bathtub in semi-island designed by Stark. The design, taking up the codes of the first bathroom, is bright, mineral and relaxing, offering a pretty shades of green tones with its zellige tiles created by Equipe Ceramica.

A second rental, the Cottage Petit Piladi, belonging to the same owner, is on the same land; it has its own independent entrance, not overlooked for life, nor sound proximity, the two properties being separated by a wooden fence. Villa Piladi + Cottage Petit Piladi can serve as a global rental that can offer you up to 10 potential beds.
