The Gray Whale boasts one of Northwest Florida's' largest resort style swimming pools complete with massive waterfall spa, tanning shelf and various water features. At night, the beautiful LED lights illuminate the resort pool making for a truly memorable view.
The large, private, enclosed pool area comes complete with a covered outdoor porch featuring a bar, outdoor kitchen and pool view large screen television. Enjoy a five hole putting green (complete with putters and golf balls) is provided to sharpen your putting skills. The fire pit with built in seating is the perfect location for relaxing on a cool evening. There is even a large poolside pavilion perfect for hosting any special event.
The first floor layout boasts a spacious game room complete with wet bar, regulation size Brunswick pool table, arcade game cocktail table and large screen television and seating.
The second floor features three King suites all with private bathrooms including the master suite of the house. The master suite has a private door to a pool view balcony. There is a second bunkroom complete with full bathroom. There is also a large spacious gulf view balcony accessible by the entire floor. Laundry room is at the end of the second floor hallway.
The third floor is the focal point of the indoor living space with a sleek, open concept, coastal living room featuring pecky, pine ceilings, generous windows with expansive gulf views, multiple seating areas and open to the kitchen and dining room for optimal flow. The dining area offers seating for 16 while 4 more can sit at the breakfast bar. An additional 6 diners can sit at the third floor balcony dining table overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The ample sized gourmet kitchen features a professional 7-Burner Double Convection Oven, separate beverage center, ice maker, ample storage and is anchored by a massive center island.
The rooftop deck with it's panoramic gulf views is the perfect setting for coffee or sunset cocktails.

Located on the front row of Miramar Beach, the famous Scenic Gulf Drive Hike and Bike Trail is right outside your front door. Pompano Joe's and Whales Tail are a short walk or bike ride away. Stay ashore for a day of golfing at several nearby golf courses or if you prefer shopping, head over to Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall or Beautiful Destin Commons. You'll find something for everyone in Miramar Beach !
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:
Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for Peak Season. This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Dates of Service are March 1-November 30th.
Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*
Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $125/day or $875/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated.)

Our concierge can assist with golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips and other services prior to your visit or during your stay. Make the most of your vacation in the Panhandle!

About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

Grill out by the pool. This home has a beautiful gas grill.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office is open 7 days a week with daily hours of 9am to 5pm central. We encourage guests to text/call our office staff or send a direct email to best assist. We do ask that any issues maintenance/housekeeping issues are brought to our attention no later than 24 hours after check-in to allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation. *Please note refrigerators can take up to 24 hours to cool back down once loaded with groceries. Please allow time before calling the office. The after hours emergency number is meant only for true emergencies, whole house power outages, catastrophic leaks, fire etc. Pool issues are not considered an emergency.

LUXURY VACATION RENTALS ON THE EMERALD COAST
Beach Reunion has been managing vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast for eighteen years. We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping anywhere from 8 to 38 people. We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin & Miramar Beach, Florida. Our program proudly features a coastal collection of large group homes, smaller cottage style homes and a group of gulf front houses.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Drive.
Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
In 2019, we entertained over 11,000 guests in our 50+ properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for over ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.
Our goal is to provide superior service due to our limited geographical area and upscale properties. We strive not to be the biggest but the BEST! We deliver a vacation experience that keeps guests returning and creating memorable experiences. As our motto says; “Creating Traditions Year After Year.”

It is just a couple minute stroll to one of the largest public beaches in Northwest Florida. Not only is the sugar white beach right there, but fabulous restaurants like Pompano Joe's and Whales Tail are a short walk or bike ride away.
Stay ashore for a day of golfing at several nearby golf courses or if you prefer shopping, head over to Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall or Beautiful Destin Commons.
