The three levels of living space will allow you to spread out while still being together. The two king beds are perfect when traveling with another couple or your adult children. Two additional twin beds downstairs in the fun part of the home. Spend your evenings soaking in the hot tub. The game room has a pool table and a 60 game arcade console so you can brush up on your Galaga & Ms Pac Man skills. Enjoy nights out by the fire and take time to feed the many deer at dusk and dawn.
The kitchen is well stocked and you will find both a regular and keurig coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot, and blender.
The internet is reliable at this house and we often have 2 tvs streaming at the same time. Hulu Live is provided so you can watch sports, news and weather. There is a desk downstairs with direct ethernet connection so you can work if needed.
Our home can be accessed on two lane paved roads which is definitely an advantage in the mountains. This is a NON Smoking and non pet home. Ring doorbell at front entrance that records when motion is detected.
The included resort fee allows your entire party to access the gated community which includes all 5 parks, access to the River, Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills and fishing pond. The Rec Center has an indoor heated pool, workout area, game room, tennis, Pickleball and mini golf. Outdoor pools open between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
