Located in the heart of Scottsdale, our desert oasis is the perfect balance of location, space, and amenities to create the ideal Scottsdale getaway you can enjoy. Our home is only a 5 minute drive from the Scottsdale Quarter & Kierland commons shops and restaurants. Amenities include a private heated pool, putting green, casita gym, pool table, full kitchen, living room. Tv's throughout and beautiful palm trees for the resort-style experience!

This 4 Bed/3 Bath home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay:

Excellent for families

The house was very clean, renovated, good neighborhood, close to shops, dining, we just love it!!! Cant wait to come back soon.

Great place!

Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. Pool was amazing. And heated in the winter (and it didn't cost extra to heat the pool which was a plus). Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyable stay

Location was perfect, pool was amazing, house was nice but could use a little TLC. Mattresses were uncomfortably possibly due to age or quality. Brick around pool is a hazard. Someone in our group nearly twisted an ankle when brick sunk while walking on. Other than that, house was comfortable and our family enjoyed our stay.

Fun home in a great location!

This property was great & super functional! Lots to do if you want to stay; in with the pool, pool table & putting green & Google let us play our favorite songs. The heated pool with diving board was clean, a good size & so enjoyable! Kitchen was very convenient to patio and fully stocked. If you want to go out, you have quick & easy access (we rented a car) to great restaurants, shopping and activities.

Great location and well laid out property, fit our needs!

Location is wonderful, neighborhood is quiet and safe and you are 5 minutes from Kierland commons.House is well laid out with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Pool was heated and very clean and very comfortable with a shaded area for sitting.The pool table was a huge hit and we enjoyed our stay very much.House is showing a bit of its age, however, it was clean, with towels, soap, and nice appliances in the kitchen. It could use a couple of dressers in the bedrooms, there are large closets, but no dressers for longer stays. The pool is deep, which we liked, but there is no longer a diving board in the back and the "workout" house in the back was locked (but we were not interested anyway).Overall, we would stay here again, perfect place for my family of 5 just laying around the pool, although the bricks around the pool need a little help (told rental company and they said they would get them fixed).Communication with rental company was always prompt and they answered all my questions and handled everything for us. I was quite impressed with check-in and check-out procedures.

Nice stay after start with some hiccups

All in all, we enjoyed our stay in the house. When we arrived, we were slightly disappointed about the condition of the backyard. It looked quite run down and untended (e.g. cushions of the sun lounger were tom up and worn). However, we informed Ramin about it and he immediately reacted and looked for replacement of the most worn ones. The house itself was spacious and the stars were clearly the pool table and the private pool. It was well located to reach grocery stores in 2-3min. and the Scottsdale Quarter in only 5min. Kitchen was well equipped too.

Good property, better management

We arrived at the property and weren’t exactly bowled over. Comfy furniture, well equipped, ok outdoor space. We had a Wi-Fi issue that we couldn’t solve and contacted Ramin for help. He personally came out and on a Friday night and made sure that the problem was solved. In summary, ok property in an good location that is managed by an outstanding manager. As a premier host, Swaybnb is a superior management company that will make sure that all your needs are met. Highly recommend!!

Amazing!!!

Stayed here with family for a few days and we loved everything! The property was beautiful with a very clean, well updated house, beautiful outdoor pool area, and a wonderful exercise room. The location was also great with many nearby shops/restaurants. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!
