This modern luxury escape is in Palm Springs desirable neighborhood . Tile floors, pristine bright and open kitchen, large pool and spa with colorful night lighting and five luxury rooms. All with the stunning backdrop of the mountains and short distance to Down Town Palm Springs with dining, shops, live music, casino and spas.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4 PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $200 for either early check in or late check out.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter our pool is around 62-70degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $80/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
CAN WE BRING OUR DOG?
Yes, $70 per dog max 2 , with prior notification
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
This vacation rental is furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Also,cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The (coffee maker takes ground coffee.)

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOME HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth , since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our Home have keyless lock. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

City Ruel: No loud noises at all /music outside or in the backyard.

Parking in a garage and on the driveway
Absolutely NO Smoking inside, only outdoor in designated areas!
If excessive noise is reported to the city, the first call is $1000 deduction and the second call is a $2000 (Entire City of Palm Springs ordinance)
If inside smoking is detected $200 will be deducted from damage deposit. Take out all trash and load the dishwasher.
All bookings with a predetermined number of guests can be altered before arrival, but adding extra guests after arrival time without owners’ consent will automatically forfeit $50 per person per night from deposit. If all trash is not removed and correctly brought to the trash bins a $75 fine will be assessed.
Our guest will have access to all the amenities this home has to offer. Heated pool and spa. BBQ grill, fully stocked kitchen, laundry.
Please be Aware that we have private pool and spa and we have no fence around the pool area and no life guard. It's guest’s responsibility to watch their children and taken care of their safety. We ARE NOT responsible!
