A beautiful villa on two levels composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: a lovely living-room opening onto the terrace, a separate kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge with a separate freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a very large bedroom with a wide double bed (180cm) and a bathroom with a shower and a bath and toilets.
- on the top floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and its private terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and separate toilets.
A/C in the 3 bedrooms.
WIFI
A large shaddy terrace leading to the garden and the swimming-pool. A large outside table on the terrace.
There is also a shaddy area with cosy sofas.
The 8m x 4m swimming-pool will delight adults and children to enjoy some freshness, relax or play with a ball.
In the garden you will find comfortable deckchairs to lie down during the sunny days and a pergola next to the pool to enjoy some shadow.

The house is 10-minute away from the medieval village of Grimaud, its high-quality restaurants and its narrow streets where it is good to wander.
The beach of Port Grimaud is 10 minutes away and Saint-Tropez is 12km away.
