Located in a secure residence in Le Grau du Roi, this charming 60 m² Marina, offering all modern comforts, welcomes you on the first floor of a small condominium without an elevator. It is perfect for a seaside vacation with 4 sleeping arrangements (2 adults and 2 children or teenagers).
This lovely property offers a private parking space and a dock for your boat, ideal for sea lovers. You’ll enjoy a spacious, bright, air-conditioned living room that opens onto a beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the Marina, the first Marina in Europe.
The kitchen is open to the living area and fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, providing everything you need to prepare your meals in the best conditions.
A set of sheets for the double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation. Any additional requests will be charged: €25 TTC for a double bed (2 persons) or €15 TTC for a single bed (1 person). Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
