Fairway to Heaven - Golf Course Home with Heated Saltwater Pool near Lake Lotela

Fore-Ever-My-Lady is located in a quiet, established golf community with two Master suites; one has had a bunkhouse added to it to create an extra bedroom. Please come to have a relaxing vacation, and be sure to enjoy our favorite area of the house, the newly remodeled lanai featuring a saltwater pool, outdoor furniture, and TV (Roku).
Why Avon Park? It's the best of Florida, a city of charm. It is a smaller city, so it's easy to find everything. It is also quiet and has minimal occurrences of crime. We are within a very normal drive from everything. Depending on traffic, 1 hour from Disney/Universal Studios, less than 1 hour and 45 minutes from White Sanded Bradenton Beach (which also has some world-class Fishing Charters), less than 3 hours from Miami, Less than 1 and a half hours from Tampa, and even less than 2 hours from Daytona Beach or Cocoa Beach. Lake Okeechobee is less than an hour away and features the BEST fishing in Florida. Locally, we have the World Famous Sebring Motor Speedway and Lake Lotela and Lake Placid, which have boating, beaches, and great fishing. Take a few days to see the "The sights of Florida" and then spend some time bonding at home, and hang out by the pool. This house has been built with relaxation being #1. The house sits one street off of Lake Lotela. Awesome restaurants all over Avon Park and Sebring! Check out the Gator Shack if you are a fan of our Florida Native Alligator.

The house has TONS of features. Outside, there is a golf-themed outdoor bathroom, shower, relaxing lanai, and a saltwater pool. Completely wooded lot featuring 100-year-old Spanish Oak trees and plenty of Palms. Had a busy day? Take a load off in our hand-woven hammock. Inside, there is a front-load washer and dryers, A smart refrigerator with TV, a Keurig machine, TVs in every room, which are ALL either Smart TVs or have Rokus. All TVs are pre-logged into both Netflix and Hulu for free. Whole house State-of-the-art Wifi, all Nest thermostats, and the best feature of all, every mattress minus one is BRAND new and is either a top-of-the-line Fluffy or Purple mattress. Nothing worse than renting a house with a cheap and uncomfortable bed. The house also has ceiling fans in almost every room, pool floats and toys, and a pellet smoker. The house is completely automated and comes with a keyless pad for entry, so you don't have a key to lose.

We are local in case of emergencies. Please let us know if you need anything. Please don't allow kids in the pool without supervision, and please don't use the dumb waiter, as it is not yet operational. The garage is not accessible because homeowners store their belongings there. The coat closet is also not available for guest use because it is the maid's storage. Our pool company cleans and maintains the pool every Thursday afternoon.
We provide linens, towels, three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a starter kit. The starter kit contains a cleaning sponge, two trash bags, two dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a roll of paper towels.

Please be respectful of our neighbors, especially in the evening. There are tons of wildlife you could possibly be near, lizards, birds, rodents, spiders, an alligator, or a snake.

**** Note**** An extra fee will be charged to utilize the heated pool. Up to 70 degrees will be free. Up to 80 degrees will cost $25 per night. Over 80 is case by case. A separate invoice will be sent and must be paid before the heater is used. Heater controlled and monitored remotely.
