The Salty Duplex (Right Side)

We are located uptown, only 4 minutes from Winchester Bay! The neighborhood is very quiet and comfy. There is a fully stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets, a Keurig coffee pot with a random assortment of kcups, a Traeger bbq with pelllets, and a bar for good conversation. In the Livingroom we have Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen bed. There is plenty of room for an air mattress in the Livingroom, which is provided in the closet downstairs!

This duplex was perfect for my dog competition. The duplex was spacious, very comfortable and the fenced deck and yard area for the dog was very much appreciated. The kitchen was equipped well and enjoyed having a garage area to feed the dog away from the kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. Really enjoyed my stay. Hope to return should I have another competition in Reedsport. Heather was delightful to work with. Martha

Heather was a wonderful host and the house and amenities were very nice. For some reason the VRBO software glitched and the check in email didn’t go out. Heather gave me all the pertinent info to find the house and gain entry. It’s a very comfortable stay in an area where the motel choices are not optimal. Thanks Heather.

This is a very comfy property. It was sparkling clean and they had everything to make for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to this location. My only small critique is that rather than place a hold on my card for damages, they charge a large deposit to your card (the largest I have ever seen, and not a hold). I travel frequently and have not experienced this before. It was not a huge problem for me but it could be a problem for others. It would not stop me from staying again though.

Very nice property.

Everything was great. The house had everything you could imagine. Everywhere we wanted to go, was easy. The host was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.

Great Home away from Home!!

This is what others should aspire too! Nothing is lacking! Every kitchen utensil you would need, towels towels towels!!, beds comfy, couches perfect for lounging! Really cant say enough good things! Older neighborhood but feels totally safe!

It was my first VRBO and let me tell ya Heather the host took a lot of the stress out of process. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Very comfortable even if we had a couple more guests with us. I will definitely be booking it again when we go back to the Dunes

Perfect!

We had a very nice stay and the accommodations were perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (which is not always true with a VRBO). Communication with owner was prompt and friendly. We will plan another stay here in the future.

Perfect location!

Very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Location was great. We were able to drive to california redwoods for a day, we went to crater lake another day. Lots around to do, places to eat, etc.

King bed was comfy, queen bed, not so much. Low water pressure, and it took a while for the hot water to come out of the faucets, but all in all, it was a very nice place to stay. The outdoor propane fire pit was nice.

Ladies Retreat

The home was very clean. Looked like new flooring. The small yard in back was very nice. We had some problems with connecting the TV to the internet but most likely user error! Heather was very responsive to all communication. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Salty visit #2

This was our second visit to the Salty Duplex. The hostess and host, Heather and Ryan are extremely helpful and welcoming. By far this is the best rental unit we've experienced. Everything is exactly as described with no unwanted surprises. We will try to stay again in the future and highly recommend this property to others.

This was a really cute spot to stay the night! My kids loved running in the grassy yard, it was clean and very well socked with almost any appliance you could want! We loved it!
