In the heart of the southern Ardèche, we offer you a spacious house for 2 people MAXIMUM with all the necessary indoor comforts and a quiet outdoor space with private pool.
You have full access to the swimming pool and its rest area with deckchair, two shaded terraces, a BBQ area and pizza oven. The whole is not overlooked, facing the fields, quiet. No shared space.
The house is at your complete disposal with: 1 fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, cooking piano, dishwasher) open to the living room, a bathroom with separate toilet, a large bedroom (1 bed 160) with dressing room, a laundry room with washing machine, a closed garage.
You are close to the great sites of the Southern Ardèche (Caverne du Pont d'Arc, Aven d'Orgnac, the village of Antraigues), swimming places in the river and picturesque Ardèche villages (Labeaume, Balazuc, Largentière...). Many sports activities to do.
Pets not allowed.
The pool is not heated.
note: no Wifi access (or very difficult).
