This amazing home is in prime location of the Seacrest Beach neighborhood! It is just steps from the spectacular Lagoon Pool and short walk to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. You can walk or take the Seacrest Tram to/from the beach! Play family games in the newly developed park located in the backyard!
The open 1st floor plan includes a spacious custom kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining room, an adult cocktail bar, a coffee/tea/hot chocolate/juice bar and a wine bar. My name is Jill and I am a Licensed Physical Therapist of over 30 years in the Upstate New York region. I bought my home new in 2004 and it was my personal family vacation home until 2015, when I converted it to my vacation rental, 'Seas the Moment!'. I am also the Property Manager and my goal is to make every guests stay at my home comfortable and enjoyable. My family and friends have created wonderful memories in Seacrest Beach and my desire is to share my home with guests who will do the same!
