This spacious 2-bed/2-bath corner villa has 1,350 sq. ft. of fully tiled living space, attached garage and screened-in lanai, and is located in a friendly private community extending over 25 acres of pines, palms and landscaping. The corner villa provides added privacy, and the lanai has patio furniture and a private view of the backyard with palm trees and greenery. The villa is perfect to enjoy a relaxing, home-like setting within a quiet community and close to beaches and local attractions.

Came into a dirty house

I’d like to be kind but honestly this was a shock. Sadly the cleaner employed by the owner did not clean and left dirt and pubic hairs in the shower from the previous guests , a dirty fridge and stove and dead cockroaches in several rooms. The aircon was off when I arrived- a big risk in Florida and I had to air out the musty house. I spoke with the owner but unfortunately he did not have anyone to available to clean. He offered to return my money minus the Vrbo fee but since it was high season nothing was available in that area and I needed to be close to my elderly parents as there was a medical emergency. I had no choice but to clean the house myself- a big job after my 17 hour flight. The owner offered a 200 dollar discount which I had to accept though I felt that I should have had all of my money back. The location of the house is good but a lot of the furniture needs replacing- the leather sofa had paint on it! It’s a shame as I’ve stayed many times in this complex and I’ve never had a problem. All of the houses there are similar but this one definitely requires a renovation.

Spring Break 2024

This was the perfect location for our family. A quick drive to Siesta Key. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub and shuffleboard. The villa was as advertised and had exactly what our family needed.

The villa was perfect for our holiday and had absolutely everything we needed including beach toys. Our daughter loved the pool and it's a lovely quiet neighbourhood in a great location for us. We would definitely come back - thanks very much!

Love this location.

Other than staying on Siesta Key this is our favorite spot to stay. The pool is always warm and happened to be quiet in early Dec. Our unit had everything we wanted, it could have used a few repairs and things fixed but worked out great for the 2 of us.

Great place

My husband and I stayed for a week to visit our daughter. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinners. I drank my coffee every morning in the screened in lanai while listening to the birds and watching squirrels. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool is very relaxing. We will definitely come back to this house.

Felt comfortable from the start

The villa is clean and has all(!) the expected amenities for daily living. We told Roman that he not only had everything we needed, but it was all organized in a way that made it easy to locate and use. With the pool and community grilling area, the community, too, is very welcoming. Lots of eateries and stores nearby, and we found a few beaches we enjoyed without visiting Siesta Key. We hope to return next winter!

Love Sarasota

We have been staying in Sarasota for years and have rented many house for a week or more. This was the most unusual of all experiences. This house looks great in the VRBO photos but the house has issues not covered in the photos. The house is in very clean condition for being as old as it is. The access to the house was excellent as the front door and garage door remote worked great. The master bed was very comfortable and the ac worked great. The house is very close to the TPC golf course in south Satasota and is close to Siesta Key Beaches(5 miles). It is a good distance to downtown and Armand Circle though. So it depends on what activity to want on how convenient the house is located. Problems with the house and manager were many. I don't think he has very good experience managing a property. We arrived to a musty smelling house, toilet paper still wrapped in paper, towels not on the racks but stacked in a closet, wifi did not work, the tv did not work, the tv in the bedroom only plays dvds (which we were not told to bring or did he provide any), there is no list of things to do in Sarasota for guests (we dont need but others usually do), recommended restaurants in the area, details about clubhouse and pool activities at property, there is only one clock in the house in the kitchen, only provided two dishwasher and laundry packs for cleaning. Things that are less than optimal and not really easy to see in photos: kitchen needs better quality pots and pans, missing fan in master bedroom(never seen this in any rental before in FL), screened porch looks unkept and in need of paint or updating, master bath mirror need cleaning and a frame to hide wear. All of this was brought to the attention of Roman. He promised to reimburse me $150 for the issues but to date have not received any funds. I would not recommend staying here with him as the manager as he does not keep his word. He lives in Chicago and sounds like an absent manager from the property who can't seem to find reliable help.

This was the second time we have stayed here and we love it! Quiet and convenient. We love having our coffee on the lanai watching the bunnies.

Resort-style condo in fabulous location

Great place to stay! Condo was very comfortable and had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, Gulf of Mexico. Community pool, tennis, etc. Very quiet and peaceful location. Outdoor lanai was so nice in early mornings and evenings; natural Florida in your back yard! Will definitely be back.

SiestaKey trip

Very comfortable and quiet. Everything that I needed was there. Publix, Costco and all the restaurants close by. Planet Fitness 2 minutes away. SiestaBeach is a 6 minute drive I really enjoyed my stay. Already plan ing to return.

Exceeded Expectations

This condo is exactly what we were looking for. The small community was safe and perfectly located. Everything we needed was close by with easy access to nearby beaches. It served as a home base for many outings including golf, bike trail, state parks, shopping, restaurants, downtown Sarasota and beautiful beaches. The landscaping and grounds were well maintained and we enjoyed the warm pool, spa and barbecue grill. This unit is spacious and well appointed. It had everything we needed including start up supplies, plenty of linens, every kitchen gadget one could possible need, books and puzzles. The master bedroom is huge and having 2 full baths was a big bonus. Roman was extremely responsive and immediately addressed any concern we had. We’ve had a variety of experiences renting from VRBO owners and this one ranks at the top.

Relaxing Getaway

The condo was wonderful...spacious, clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you’d need if you want to do any cooking, but also close to many great restaurants. The keyless entry is nice, not having to search for keys when you come and go. Had plenty of bath and beach towels. We loved spending time in the lanai which faces a wooded area, nice and private. The pool was clean and warm. Very quiet neighborhood and close to Costco, Publix and Total Wine. Enjoyed a day at Siesta Beach which is beautiful and a day at Turtle Beach. Turtle Beach is closer but not quite as nice as Siesta Beach. Roman was super responsive and great to work with! We would certainly stay again.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large walk-in dressing room/closet, a flatscreen TV, and provides an excellent view of the screened lanai/sun room and palms outside. A sliding door leads out to the screened lanai with tiled floor, ceiling fan, patio table and chairs. The ensuite master bathroom has separate vanity and tub/shower room areas.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a built-in closet with folding doors. The second bathroom is located just outside the door and has a step-in tiled shower and toilet. A linen closet sits right outside the door.

The living room with the high vaulted ceilings has plenty of comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV with basic Xfinity cable, and a direct access to the lanai.

The fully equipped kitchen has a pass-through opening to the dining area that has a large dining table for 6 people. You can also enjoy your breakfast in the kitchen nook or in the lanai outside. A large pantry closet and the full-size washer and dryer are located next to the kitchen.

There is also a door that leads to the attached one-car garage. Guest parking is available in the driveway.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a Nest thermostat, free high-speed WiFi Internet and cable TV, and has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a coffee maker, cooking and serving utensils, all bedding and towels.

Village des Pins is a picturesque private community extending over 25 acres of professionally landscaped grounds and lush pine and palm trees. All villas in the community have open landscaped front yards. Two large ponds around the pool area attract blue herons, white egrets and other local wildlife.

The park-like setting complex has two ponds and offers first-class amenities, including the large, heated swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and sundecks, two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard and putting green.

The picnic area with BBQ grills and picnic tables is located by the pool and the clubhouse. The newly renovated clubhouse has additional parking for guests, a reading/game room, full kitchen that has been updated in granite and stainless steel, a large gathering room with a TV/cable and a pool table.
