``A beautiful-cozy fully renovated apartment in a safe neighborhood with fully equipment kitchen and modern bathroom less than a block away from Metra train station. Very comfy beds. A large dining room table. This property has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Great for groups, family retreats, business trip or vacations.

The kitchen, it's outfitted with appliances and almost every tool you will need to cook you favorite meals! This includes a gas range with oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

This place has entire free private parking and additional free street parking. Within walking distance there are bars and restaurants. Public library couple blocks away. Groceries stores like Marianos, Jewel Osco, Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco and Fresh Markets as well as Improvements stores like Lowes, Home Depot and Menards in close proximity. Hospitals like Northwest Community Hospital and Lutheran General Hospital are 5 to 8 miles away. The O'hare airport 20 minutes from apartment, and 35-40 min to Chicago Downtown. To the southwest there is Busse Forest with accessibility to fishing, walking, biking and picnic. Woodfield Mall and Fashion Outlets of Chicago both at 15 min drive. River Casino in Des Plaines also 15 min drive, and a little further Grand Victoria Casino in Elgin is 40 min away to the West. If this is not enough Great America at 40 minutes to the North. Do you like animals? Brookfield Zoo and Lincoln Zoo are good options to visit.

You don't have to worry about food, entreatment or adventure all within reach.

Clean, peaceful stay right by the Metra!!

The pictures didn’t do this property justice, impeccably designed and cleaned spoiled with a private picnic area on the back and downtown Mount Prospect just a block away. We all left rejuvenated.

Best ever!

I always stay at rentals vs. hotels. This was one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Clean, attractively decorated, multiple amenities for guests, great location, quiet, and plenty of space. The manager was very helpful and accommodating.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our second stay in this spotlessly clean apartment. Has everything we needed and is in a very convenient location. The beds are comfortable and all linens are good quality. Kitchen is very well equipped. Caputo’s market and the train station are very close.

Gem in Mt. Prospect

We loved this property. Centrally located to the northern suburbs of Chicago. Very clean and roomy for 4 people. Downtown Mt. Prospect is just a block away. Would definitely stay again.

Apart from a key glitch that kept us from getting in the first night, our experience here was excellent. The apartment was very clean; well-supplied with toiletries, kitchen equipment, etc.; and a short walk from the train, groceries, etc. Our only concern was the very narrow space

Fantastic location

A true hidden gem. The location of this rental is perfect. It’s walking distance to restaurants, the train, coffee shops, bakery, groceries, everything needed. The hosts we’re available answering all questions I had. This house may not be pretty on the outside but the inside is clean and comfortable.

Family get together

We were impressed with the layoff of the property. The rooms were good size and very comfortable. Multiple bathroom ammenities were provided. Kitchen supplies were generous. The location was perfect for our stay. The owners were available for any inquires we had and responded quickly. We enjoyed the stat and highly recommend this property!

We have a booked reservation. I have a confirmation number and VRBO had a confirmation number. The host had my money. We show up to the place and it had been rented to someone else. We could not get in touch with the host by phone. VRBO paid for a hotel room for 2 nights. Don't ever book at this place

Family Time in Chicago

This is by far one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in! The apartment was just beautiful with very nice furniture and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely bathroom with everything you need. Plenty of linens, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was a dream with everything you need including plenty of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap etc. Every pot, pan, dish, and utensil was very new and nice. There was even KLEENEX! That never happens. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very prompt to answer. We arrived about 30 minutes before check in and I texted to see if it was ok to go in and she responded right away that it was ready for us! The location can’t be beat. We walked across the street to take the train downtown. It was close to our son’s apartment in Arlington Heights and grocery store and Costco are near as well! It’s also a beautiful neighborhood to walk in! We had a wonderful week! The building front is a little deceiving, but don’t let that deter you! We will definitely be back!

Visiting family and friends

The apartments location is good for us. It is close to our family and most of our friends. It is also close to restaurants and shopping. Also a nice neighborhood to take a walk.

Terrific location, very clean and well kept. Responsive to questions and requests. Only challenge is the narrow driveway but that's not a major issue. Would highly recommend.

Immaculate & comfortable

What a great place to stay! Deceptive from the outside (plain brick front) this was stylishly furnished with very comfortable beds and all the amenities my family needed as well as added touches! And most importantly, it was absolutely immaculate. As in pristine. As in, “are you sure you’ve been renting this?” clean. And the owner responded immediately to any inquiries. I would recommend this place to any friend and family. Oh yes - last thing - fantastic location!

Well equipped apartment

A visit with family and friends

The property was in a great location. There was restaurants within walking distance. Transportation (train) was also within walking distance. The inside was very clean and neat. Elizabeth was easy to reach if you needed something. We had a very relaxing stay!

Great location and spacious apartment

This was the perfect place to stay with our family. It was extremely clean and very cozy. Elizabeth is responsive and accommodating, and the apartment was well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, and more. It’s walking distance from Starbucks, restaurants and a great bakery, and the outdoor space was perfect for our two kids. We’d definitely consider staying again when we’re back in the area visiting family.
