This new construction home is ready for you to vacation! We all know its all about LOCATION, well this home is located so close to downtown Bradenton, 8 miles to Beautiful Gulf Coast Crystal Sand Beaches, 4 miles to GT Bray Community Pool and Pickleball Center, under 1 mile to Shopping, Entertainment, Arts & Museums and restaurants to please any palate. We are also surrounded by great golf clubs in the Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa area.
Beautifully done 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open floor with lots of natural light, high ceilings and tile throughout the entire home welcomes you in! The kitchen is open and friendly with granite countertop and rich warm brown tone cabinets with plenty of storage and stainless steel appliances makes the kitchen warm and bright. Really nice size master with walk in closet and private bath, plus 2 guest rooms both good sizes as well!

Please note: Pets under 30 lbs are allowed after review with the owner, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

Beautiful contemporary house

The house is beautiful. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The location is ideal for access to the downtown Bradenton area. We would stay again.

Comfortable home

We stayed for a month and the house was well stocked with cooking items which made meal prep easier when we ate in. Overall location was good with easy access (by car) to grocery stores. Downtown was within walking distance. Overall the house was comfortable and the hosts were friendly and very responsive from our initial inquiry, booking and throughout our stay.

Property is very new and comfortable to be honest; and setup in good taste. Well located yet with nothing necessarily at walking distance so, everything requires a drive of 15 min. Host not in town; so you re on your own should you need anything

Clean and Lovely

We had a great stay here in Bradenton! The house was very clean and everything seemed brand new! The owners were quick to respond and very good about letting us know any details about the house or area. It felt very central to everything we wanted to do, it was about a 30 minute drive to the beach with traffic. It was very nice to come home to a clean and comfortable home and relax in the evenings. We would definitely recommend staying here and will most likely be back!

AC issue first night

I understand that things can break, and the way the homeowners handled it was perfect. We arrived at approximately 4:30 PM on the first day of our stay. The air conditioning was not working. I called the owners and informed them. They said they would come over and take a look. We told them we were going out to dinner, and they informed us they would be in contact with us regarding the AC. The owner texted us throughout the process, keeping us updated on their troubleshooting efforts. She then texted us to let us know it was fixed. When we arrived back at the VRBO after dinner, we noticed it still felt hot in the home. She assured us that it would take time for the house to cool down. It did cool down in the middle of the night, and we had no further issues.

Property is awesome!

Everything at this property was really good with the exception of the A/C seem to struggle a bit when it is a really hot day, and also the water pressure in the bathroom sinks seem to be a bit low for my taste. However, those are not deal breakers for me, it most a note for the property manager.

A great place in a perfect place

We had a great week in Bradenton! Wy wife and I, along with another couple, shared this house while we were in town for our sons’ baseball tournament. The house was great! Easy to get to, convenient to both our team hotel and to IMG, and also convenient to every locale we wanted or needed to visit. The owners were great and answered our questions quickly. The house was very clean and well-maintained. If I had any complaint, it would be no TVs in the bedrooms, but that is not really a complaint- maybe more of a suggestion. I would most definitely stay here again. And again.

Just like home

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, roomy and very modern. It has everything you need and the beds are really comfortable. My daughter enjoyed catching lizards and butterflys in the back yard while we relaxed in the sun. We will definitely stay again next time we go to Florida. 😊

This property was beautiful and just as listed on website. Very clean and comfortable. Property owners were very nice and helpful. Only suggestions is a tv should be in every room for when families or couples may wish to have separate time from from other. Overall rating is a 5 star!

Affordable and in a good location

This property was very easy to find and located in an area that was accessible to anything in the Bradenton/Anna Maria Island area. The airport was an easy 15 minute drive and there seemed to be a Publix on every corner. Our host Lynda was easy to reach and responded with any questions/issues immediately. It's in a quite neighborhood and was affordably priced!

Family vacation

Beautiful property! Only thing I would suggest changing is a better sitting area for the TV. With small children it was hard to keep them occupied when in the house. The property was amazing though. Very clean and modern!
