Condo is on the 16th floor with plenty of room for 10 people. Perfect for a two family stay. Lots of upgrades including brand new stainless steel appliances, beds, sofa etc.

Excellent view from the balcony! Host was very responsive, suggested places to eat and things to do. Very clean and well maintained large sized unit. Will return in the summer!

Nice location with a wonderful view. For a rental property, it was nice. I give it a 3.5-4.0 stars. Based on the title of this rental, it states completely renovated. It definitely doesn’t show as it was done recently. The condo has wear and does not look as good as the pictures. The washer and dryer needs to be replaced. The dryer door shows rust in color and I would not wash and dry my clothes in it. On a 5 rating, Janet was very efficient with this rental.

Our host, Janet, answered all our questions. She kept in contact with us by text and emails. She was so sweet to text me when I misplaced the condo #. We found the condo to be exactly as described. Amazing ocean view, pools and hot tub for a relaxing vacation. The place was clean and comfy! I would like more towels but I have said the same at every VRBO property we've stayed at.

Good beach vibes...

The property matched the photos in the description of the condo pretty well. Taking showers was difficult...you either got scolded or frozen by the water. There was no good "in between". The washer and dryer were a bit outdated. There should be instructions available as to how to use the washing machine. Besides that, all was well with our stay.

Family Vacation

We took our family for a quick vacation before them heading back to work from having our first grandson! Condo was very nice and clean! Checking in and out was so very easy! Communication with property owner was easy as well. Would highly recommend this condo!

Nice Getaway

This was a nice and clean condo in a safe area. It was close to shopping, entertainment, and dining. The area was family friendly and had two pools and a lazy river to enjoy.

Great Stay!

My family of 5 had a very nice stay. Beautiful beach, great communication with the Host, family friendly city. The view from the condo was STUNNING! Beach access was easily accessible, pools were nice. The condo had all the amenities that we needed during our 3 night stay.

Fun at the beach

Close to everything. Hot tub was out of order. There was loud construction work being done on the pier and next door property. Would of been nice if there were towels that we could take to pool or the beach.

Great weekend

We had a slight issue with the code given for parking garage, luckily we had a nice gentleman behind us that had the code enter it in for us. I communicated with the owner when this happened and they got back a little while later with the correct code. We had no other issues getting into the condo, which looked like pictures minus some different linens which can change from time to time anyway. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend at a dance convention and the beach. Would definitely book again next time we go there.
